Jack's Ever Green Painting

He did my kitchen. He was very knowledgeable. He was right on time to our appointment and scheduling was easy. He did have to make a return trip after the plaster had dried.

One worker came - his name was Mike Bloom. He was very good, very efficient, and cleaned up after himself. He even offered to paint the ceiling. He was very nice and polite. He even finished on time. The company was very flexible with scheduling too. I think the price was a little high because the rooms in my house are small.

Perfect, every detailed was covered. Andre came out and spent several hours scoping out the job and giving advice. Quote came quickly, it was in the same price range as others, and we felt more confident that Jack's, with their own employees, we were confident they would do the best job. We were not disappointed. From estimate, to scheduling, to doing the work, to finished job all went flawless. Everybody on the job was very courteous and willing to take a minute to answer any question, or change a detail we had seen or suggested they change. There was a quick walk through at the start and end of every day. And we would ask for some changes, which were negotiated and executed without incident. At the end of it all we have a beautiful painted house. Very professional. We would easily rehire for other painting jobs..

The team was responsive, detailed and punctual. They did a great job on my home and were pleasant to work with. I was given balanced advise about paint quality, and scope of work. They also were kind enough to also apply moss killer (free of change) on my roof.

I contacted Jack's near the end of August to paint the exterior of a rental house we own. The exterior painting season was winding down, but they were able to fit me in near the end of September. They pressure-washed the house one day and even worked around the fact that the tenants had forgotten to close all the windows. The team taped the windows as necessary and proceeded without getting water in the house. A week or so later the crew returned and painted the house as contracted. The painters were efficient and professional, and the paint job looks great! The person you deal with primarily is Andrey Stepanchuk, the general manager. He is pleasant and responsive. I had used Jack's 2 years ago to paint the exterior of a different rental house and found they did an excellent job at that time as well, I recommend them highly and will use them again as the need arises. They also do interior painting, and, I will call them to do that work when a tenant moves out..

Andre & his team prepared all surfaces well and did wonderful job. The crew was professional and knew what they were doing - no mess and they were very prompt and courteous! The exterior job was quite a challenge and had been painted unsuccessfully by 2 other companies in the past. Andre listened to the previous horror stories (bubbling paint, etc.) and said he knew exactly what to do and he then delivered. It's been 5 months now & the job still looks fantastic. I will be using them again in the near future.

We bought their wallpaper removal deal. They were a responsive company and made it easy to schedule. They came out and did what they were scheduled to. There was time left over since it was a deal for 8 hours I think and offered to do something else which I thought was great.

They were great. Very polite, timely great painting job and fabulous clean up. I will use them again.

They were unable to do our small job. They said that even though we were in their area, it’d required too many trip charges for them. They were on time and professional. They also seemed knowledgeable. However, they need to let people know what size of jobs qualify for the deal price.

They did a really good job. They sent between 4-6 crew members. Their crew was in the house for a week and they were unobtrusive. They did everything that we asked. All the lines looked perfect -- the quality of the work was great.

We never had the work done. He said he would call me back and he never did.

It went just fine. I had them do some repair work in a couple of bedrooms and a hallway. My wife handled the scheduling and was at home at the time.

It took them 2 1/2 days with a crew of approximately 4 to 6. All of the workers were excellent; arrived each day earlier than expected. They laid tarp over carpet, covered my hard wood floors, and taped over everything that needed to be protected from paint. We had an accent color for the shelves in the fireplace and a recessed ceiling in our master bathroom. It was perfect; edges where the two different colors met were seamless. Since it was a newly constructed home, they painted each wall twice. They take so much pride in their work that prior to starting work, they inspected the whole house and pointed out problem areas that existed. They only used rollers and paint brushes; no paint sprayer. They cleaned up the house once they were done and asked that we inspect the whole house to make sure it was to our liking. Not a drop of paint anywhere; they put every light switch plates back, door guards, etc. We will definitely use them again in a heartbeat.

They were prompt and professional and had one of the best prices of all the quotes we received.

It was so-so. It wasn't perfect. They were not professional.

I contacted this company through Angie's List messaging system asking for them to schedule a time to come give me a quote on finishing up a few painting projects around my house. They emailed back fairly quickly asking when I was thinking I needed the work done by and I told them that I would like it done by around October since some of the paint work I need done is exterior. Anyway, after that, they stopped messaging me through Angie's List, but I did receive a phone call from one of the employees a few days later. They left a message with me and I called them back and left a message with them and then that was it...no more contact at all from them. I wanted to like them since they have such good reviews, but I can't like someone who can't be bothered to even try to make an appointment with me.

Andre, Yair and crew really came through. We had a tight schedule and they rallied the extra manpower required to meet the timeline. Quality was solid and the new paint made a huge difference in how the interior looks. In a time when contractors are known more often for time and cost overruns, Jack's Ever Green set the right expectations and delivered.

Everything went very well, the work required a lot of detail and Rene and Juan did an excellent job! Because detail is important to me (I notice even the smallest things), I appreciated their willingness to do any small touch ups that were required. And there were really very few considering all the detail required on this job. The guys were great to have around, which is important since they were in my house for 6 days. They worked long hours to get the job done in a relatively short period of time. The other two estimates I received from paint companies each required 2 weeks. To have that kind of disruption in my house for 2 weeks would have been horrible. I also appreciated the fact that Rene and Juan, Jack (the owner) and Andrey (manager) all told me that I could have certain areas painted first or last to reduce any disruption or stress. Everyone was very accommodating to my wishes, even when I asked Rene to come back and put a couple doors back on the hinges. Initially, I had told them to leave off the doors when they were finished since the doors would be replaced with new ones in the next week. However, by the end of the project I found out that the doors wouldn't be installed for another month. Rene came back after a long day's work elsewhere to put a couple doors back on for me. I would definitely hire Jack's Ever Green Painting again, I was really very pleased with the whole experience.

The crew gave us an estimate and came in on time on under budget. We picked our own paint colors. They worked swiftly so our house would not have to be covered in plastic too long. They cleaned up after they were finished and they did a final walk through with me. They did a beautiful job. I love driving up to my house now. I highly recommend this crew.

Talked to Jack, set a day and time to meet,Monday 7/14/14 3:30pm. He was a no show for the appointment,and has not called to explain or set up a new time to meet. I would not consider that an A service and would not use his company to paint my house.

I used Jacks Ever Green Painting for a previous small job in the interior of our home. I was exceptionally impressed with the professional handling of that job. They were on time, worked practically non-stop, and were very polite. When it came time to have the exterior of our home painted I called them for an estimate. They were prompt to respond to our request for proposal and based on our prior experience with them we chose to have them do the job. If I could rate them with an A++++ I would. Rene and his crew arrived every morning at 7:00 am sharp and worked until 6:00 pm with only a lunch break. They did a fantastic job of prepping the house. They scraped and sanded and primed all day on one of the hottest days of the summer. The completed job is just beautiful, and with the thorough prep work it should look wonderful for years to come. Rene and his crew were always polite, well groomed, hard working, and very professional. I will use them for all my future paint needs.

We couldn't be happier. - The job was well done, better than we expected. Our house looks so much nicer. - The painters were very professional and arrived on time, every day - They finished early. How cool is that?

Jack checked the exterior siding, and told me that there is no need to paint it, current paint can still last three or four years. I really appreciated his honesty. All painters before him simply gave me an estimate.

Jack came out and gave me the best estimate out of four that I obtained. I had some deck boards that needed to be replaced prior to painting and he said his team could do it, but told me I might find a carpenter that charge less (and actually I did, but the difference was so small -- only about $60 total -- that I thought it made more sense for them to handle it when they were on site). His team was punctual, helpful, and gave me a couple of well-received tips to improve the house's look. I was also impressed because the day after the job was completed, I discovered they'd missed a section under the front entry deck. I called the project manager, and he had a painter back at my house in an hour to take care of it.

Our 30 year old house in Sammamish was long overdue for exterior painting. We obtained a number of bids for the job but were really impressed with Jack Fecker and the bid he provided. He was very professional, answered all of our questions and was someone we wanted to do business with. After contacting Jack and letting him know we wanted his company for the job we were contacted by Andre who manages and schedules the jobs. We worked out a schedule that fit our plans. We met Andre the day he and one of their crew arrived to pressure wash the house. Andre reviewed the planned job with us and had a number of questions on how we wanted to address the trim and painting and made sure we were on the same page with him. Pressure washing went well and then the painting crew was back the following Monday to begin work. Of course after a dry end of May and beginning of June it rained. The crew returned the next day, no rain, prep'ed the house and got two coats of the base paint on the entire house. Next day they took care of the trim and the 3rd day the back decks and front porch.They did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to have around. We discussed several changes on the painting of the decks and front porch that they took care of and offered great advice and input on. The painting crew of 2 were professional, hard workers, as I said great to have around and work with. Andre checked in several times to make sure all was going well, to see if we had any questions or concerns, and made sure we were happy with the job and got what we expected. The overall experience of working with Jack's Ever Green Painting was outstanding and we would definitely recommend them to others and have them back in the future.
