Excellent! I cannot say enough good about the professionalism, timeliness and quality of the job.

Andrey was easy to work with and planned the job to fit our schedule. The execution went just as easy - just as promised. The crew was led by John - who had more than 30 years experience, was friendly, showed up on time and worked long hours. When we discovered some needed touch up afterwards - these issues were promptly addressed. We would certainly consider hiring Jack's Ever green Painting for our next painting job.

I have a two story 2260 sq ft home which needed the exterior repainted. The painters were very punctual and professional. They did a superior job. I would definitely hire Jack's Ever Green Painting again.

The crew showed up at the appointed time and went straight to work. We had a significant amount of prep work to do in the form of scraping old paint off . Even considering the extra prep work, the project was completed in an amazingly short time...2.5 days. Quality was absolutely what I expected. The "B" grade for price was because I could have gotten it cheaper, but you get what you pay for and I was satisfied that it was fair. The "B" grade for professionalism was only because I couldn't give an A-. My suggestion is that communications from management to customer could be a bit better from the perspective of outlining payment expectations in advance and notification of scheduling. All in all, these were not a significant problem...just an opportunity for improvement. The work crew were "top drawer".

We couldn't have been happier with the work done by Jack's Ever Green Painting. Andrey came out to look over our home and give us a bid; his estimate was very fair and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He followed up quickly with a written bid and throughout the process he always kept in touch with us. After seeing some areas that needed repair prior to painting, he recommended a carpenter that works with Jack's and helped us get that set up. Nick, the carpenter, was a very hard worker and very thorough. The repair job turned out to be bigger than any of us expected, and Nick asked permission to proceed on the needed repairs and on the cost of everything as we went so there were no surprises. Once Nick got everything sealed up, Andrey kept us informed as to where we were on the painting waitlist. Throughout the days of painting, the crew arrived early and worked hard all day, cleaning things up everyday before they went home. Andrey also came everyday to check in with the painters and with us. Everyone involved in the project was friendly, thorough and careful in their work, and we couldn't have been happier with the work done on our home. It was top notch. Anytime we need to have something painted, we'll definitely call Jack's.

The painters were professional, and completed the project in the time frame in which it was promised.

If you go to their website, they got pictures of the work that they've done. They repainted the interior of the Moore Theater, which is a famous place here in Seattle. Those picture are amazing. They're a super service award winner. They've been 8 years on Angie's List and they're Angie's List certified. They're giving a 5% off for Angie's List members, so he's in the running. Their estimates are free. The young man is learning the business, but he knew enough to call the foreman who oversees the crew to get the information I was requesting. His dad just died, that was really, really sad. But they know their stuff and they've got amazing reviews on Angie's List. They quoted me a price that was very competitive to the other bid that I got, especially with the 5% off for Angie's List members. Going by the pictures on their website and the review on Angie's List are just beautiful. They're very responsive, I left a voice mail and Ms. Specker, she called me that afternoon and they were out in a couple of days. Their estimate was quite competitive with the first company I interviews. I want to select two more companies and sit down with them, and get their take, and their bids, and their methods before I commit.

The first crew was good not great: the ran out of time and missed some spots. The second person was excellent; was also told the first crew was let go. I've had Andre (superintendent)do work before and he is just great. And above reproach, the first crew was an outlier. Will hire again for sure.

Primo was fantastic. He did a great job and his attention to detail was fantastic. I would definitely hire them again.

The services worked out fine. He made sure that the work stayed within the amount we payed, so he didn't do any extra stuff if he could help it. He was a little bit strange. I felt a tiny bit uncomfortable, but overall I think he did nice. The work was good.

In all cases Jack's Ever Green Painting used high quality products with very professional team who were on time and well priced.

Very professional and job went very well

They presssure washed, masked, then sprayed two coats of paint. After the first coat they rolled the paint in with a roller. On the second coat they sprayed only. You cannot beat the price for the work that was done. Other neighbours got quotes from them later that were significantly higher. I hear that booking in the slower seasons reduces the price considerably.

Jack did initial estimate and Andrey is the manager of the project. It was a pleasure to work with Andrey. He was very responsive to inquiries and requests. The project was completed in the fall of 2012. Now more than 4 years later, the paint is still in good shape. It has stood the test of time. Make sure you select the colors well. The colors I selected had not turn out of be what we liked. Audrey did suggest using and recommended a color consultant but I did not use. I wish I did.

They went above and beyond and the work was top quality. No, they are not the cheapest painters around but I am happy to pay for quality and I feel this was appropriately priced to the work that was done. Jack was SO thorough in his walkthrough and estimate and asked detailed questions. Everything about the process was optimal. They addressed any concerns we had and finished 2 days before their projected time without cutting any corners or sacrificing quality. We've lived here 6 months and the clean lines and smooth application of the paint makes me happy daily! I will say though, when I asked them to give me a quote for another project that was small--it clearly wasn't a priority and it took weeks for someone to come out to look at it and when they did-- I never actually got a quote for it from them. But for our big main project, they were top notch.

They did a very good job. Nice even colors throughout. Concise near ceilings and windows and doors.

Painting is good. I hope they could send more labor to complete the job 2 days earlier, it took almost 5 days to complete the job.

This went very well, they went so far as to work half of a Saturday to try to finish quicker. Overall the job took 4.5 days. The results look awesome. The team was friendly and always answered questions. For those of you contemplating getting rid of popcorn ceilings I would highly recommend them. One caution though, be aware that painted popcorn takes much longer and the space will not be usable during the time they are removing it (I was told this beforehand :) )

Excellent. The man stripped, let the doors dry. Stained, dry and sealed all in less than a day.

It went well. The painter for each of these jobs was Ric. He was prompt, quick, thorough, neat and helpful with painting tips.
