I really liked how they put their bid together. It was fully detailed and they made sure to find out as much info about the house as needed. He was able to type up a contract then and there for us to review and then let them know if we'd like to use their service. The next meeting was with a free color consultant (it's $50 and then they take the $50 from you last bill). We had a pretty good idea of the colors we wanted buy wanted a professional to tell us it would look good. This meeting was less than an hour and my wife and I ended up with 3 different shades to look at for a few days before picking one. Once colors are confirmed you submit a form and the job begins. About a week later was the first day of work (power washing) and that's when the down payment of half the bill was due. After that they took off a day to let it dry. Once they started painting it took them only 2.5 days. The workers were very polite and asked us a couple questions along the way. The only hiccup was that they painted our garage doors body color instead of trim color. Turns out they left our paper work at the other job site and one of the painters just assumed. They quickly fixed this though so it was no big deal. I kept a closer eye on things after that but there were no other issues. Once the job was done they ask you to walk around the house and point our any issues you see at all. I noticed just a couple of minor things was some trim paint got on the body or vice versa (maybe the size or a nickel or so) and they fixed them up right away. The job also comes with a warranty (can't remember now if it's 1 or 2 years) so if I find any other little mistakes like that they'll come back and address them. Overall I'd definitely recommend.

Very professional representative helped us chose our painting options. We signed a contract and look forward to reviewing the actual work when done later this summer. Followup as of today has been very timely and responsive.

This was our first time working with professional painters. After receiving a few different quotes, we chose CertaPro because Jason was extremely professional and genuine in our initial consultation, provided us with a formal quote at that meeting, and that quote was spot-on for us. We provided 50% at the time of pressure washing and prep (first day) and 50% at the end of the last day. This felt fair to us. Jessica did a great job answering all of our questions and kept us updated as the weather improved and our project approached the front of the line. Once our project started, the whole thing took only a few days! The crew showed up most every day promptly at 8:00 AM and put in a full day's work each day. They were friendly and professional. Jessica even stopped by at one point to check on the progress. At the final walk-through, we got a good look at the house and only found a few tiny spray drops that the crew quickly touched up, no problem. We love the new paint job and admire it every time we step outside. It looks like a new house! Although we didn't take advantage of it, they do offer a session with a color consultant if you need help selecting colors. We would definitely recommend CertaPro to our friends and will be using them in future for interior work.

CertaPro was on the lower end of my collection of bids. The estimator arrived, we walked around the house and discussed details. He got out his computer, generated and printed the estimate which we then reviewed. I selected CertaPro about a week later and was contacted in a couple of days by the owner to give me preparation details and begin the scheduling. I was told they would be out the following Saturday for pressure washing. Nice guy showed up, did the washing and told me they would be out on Monday to begin the prep on the house. They arrived at 8:00 Tuesday, prepped the house and had the entire body painted before leaving that evening. They called the next morning to say the weather was too questionable to paint. This was not a surprise because we had talked about it the day before. They were back Wednesday to do the trim and the doors and then finished up on Thursday morning. They did excellent work and were enjoyable to work with. I would certainly hire them again.

Jessica (owner) provided valuable guidance in defining the project and to understand the steps necessary for a quality result. She was very generous with her expertise and patient in addressing our questions. Her concern was that our needs be met and she was flexible concerning changes to the original scope of work we made along the way. Punctuality rated down just a notch as more communications on scheduling would have been helpful (e.g., painting crew arrived to begin work without definitive advance notice; instance where the crew gave us an arrival window and we were not made aware that this had changed and that they would not be working on our home on that day as expected). The two instances, however, in no way compromised the quality of work and Jessica always responded to our phone calls and e-mails on a timely basis. We appreciate that more latitude be given in the scheduling of exterior work due to the vagaries of weather. CertaPro, as part of a special promotion, provided a free one-hour consultation with a design specialist that helped us to narrow down the choice of colors and color scheme. We implemented all of her recommendations. This service was a major plus. The CertaPro crew was friendly, courteous, and professional and were open to questions on what they were doing at any stage of the process. It was not necessary to completely clean the area daily as it was exterior work, but they respected the need for ingress and egress to our home. At the end of each day they cleared away items that might hamper this or create a safety issue. They involved us immediately when they were any questions on their part and provided their opinion to help us make good decisions. We are very much pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend CertaPro. A number of our neighbors have complemented us on the colors chosen and the quality of the work. Jessica and her crew demonstrated a real sense of caring and pride in what they were doing as good crafts-people who strive for customer satisfaction should.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned the exterior on a Saturday then came on midday Wednesday and were able to finish up on Thursday by staying a bit later to ensure the job was completed before predicted rain that night. The paint job looks great. The painters were courteous, efficient and cleaned up the area very well afterwards. I would recommend them highly.

I sent a quote request via Angie's list and got a return email the same day and met the owner (Jessica Belman) two days later. They had painted our exterior 2 years earlier. We had the paperwork signed that day and they started one week later. The crew showed up on time and were out in 3 days. Very smooth!

The estimator came and spoke to me about options which I would want for painting the house. The estimator walked around the house and came inside and prepared it at that time. The job was excellent and I would highly recommend Certapro Painters of Eastside.

They did a great job. One of the very few painters still taking jobs late in the season. Very quick and thorough. They cleaned and sanded everything down, and took care of all the details. House looked brand new afterwards! A bit pricier than others, but the results were awesome. One of the nice things these guys do is that they print you a full estimate with all notes and an outline of work that other guys do not. You know exactly what to expect, and you can check up on and clarify any special instructions before the job begins.

I ended up going with Certa Pro mainly because they are a recognized name and they were cheaper than the other estimates I received. Overall they did a good job and I would recommend them or use them again. There are always some little things that happen, but the owner did take responsibility and fix the issues. We had our satellite dish knocked out of alignment and some paint on the driveway. I am glad I was home during the process though, so I could monitor when these issues happened. My main issue was that we had our shake shingles stained and they did not put a thick enough coat of stain. You could even see bare wood in places. The owner had the crew re-coat and they looked much better. So in the end it turned out great and I appreciate the owner's honesty and responsiveness.

This is the third time these painters have worked for me. I found them to be extremely professional, easy to work with, and their painting is first-rate. The owner of the franchise, Jessica, is very easy to contact and is responsive to any customer concerns. I think it's a very good company, all around.

We couldn't be happier with the finished project. From start to finish, CertaPro was professional, responsive and communicative. The estimate we received was extremely detailed, and left no question as to whether our concerns had been heard (they had). Jessica (the owner) was very straightforward and honest when it came to answering our questions and gave us a no pressure sales pitch. We really felt comfortable turning this project over to her and her crew because of how detailed her proposal was, we knew that every tiny detail had been thought out and communicated with us. The process of picking the color was really easy- she actually was willing to ask the owner of our inspiration house what their color was, but since they weren't home she spent the time to compare the color to swatches and give us her recommendation on what to go with to match. We ended up doing a custom color and she made sure that we ended up with the exact color that I had picked. Her crew was extremely professional. They were prompt, very easy to communicate with, respectful and hard workers. You can tell that Jessica takes employment very seriously and hires people she knows will represent her well. We ended up having some coverage issues after the paint all dried, some thin spots and some shadows under the siding edges. When I mentioned this to Jessica, she was extremely prompt at taking care of it and had her crew out immediately to respray and ensure that the end result was picture perfect. She personally did a final walk through with us and went over basically every square inch of the exterior with us to make sure that everything was perfect before they left. (Apparently our color has a lot of yellow in it, which is famous for needing extra coats for great coverage). I really appreciated her eye for the details and how easy she made it to communicate with her about the few things at the end that needed some more attention. I would hire her again in a heart beat because she made this experience easy and stress free. I know that coming back for an entire day to respray and perfect everything was a big added expense for her, but you wouldn't have known it from how she treated us in our walk through. She really goes the extra mile to ensure that her customers are happy and pleased with the finished product, and as a result she makes the process easy as well. I should also note that her employees had great attitudes about coming back for another day of work as well. No complaints, cheerful demeanors and the same great work ethic.

We have a large house with a good deal of trim, including arbors covered in vines, so it was an expensive job, but it turned out beautifully. I've painted a fair number of houses in my time and I'm pretty handy with a brush and an airless spray rig so I've never needed to hire a pro. This time I just didn't have the time (or the desire) to do it myself, but my standards are high and I told them that up front. Certapro lived up to their promise of providing top quality work. Surface preparation was good and at the end of the job, paint was applied evenly and consistently every where it should be and none where it shouldn't. The crew was a marvel. Courteous and very hard working. Each night the yard was left spotless. Management was prompt and professional and never any hassles. The bid also included the services of a professional color consultant who helped us picked out the colors that would show off our house to the best effect. We are very pleased with the result.

The crew was great. They were prompt arriving in the morning. They were very diligent about getting the job done and to my liking.

Jessica has been extremely professional from the first time we spoke. She was upfront with her expectations and understanding our expectations. She has done everything in her power to meet those expectations, including being very responsive when we had some paint bubble on some railing tops (very common, I'm told). I appreciate that Jessica handles the business side of the job and hires good painters to do the painting. She doesn't micromanage but rather trusts the crew to come through with an excellent product. The paint crew was professional, friendly, and hardworking. They communicated with us about their arrival and departure times, and they worked long hours to finish the job with as short of inconvenience to us as possible. I was given many opportunities to point out any flaws that I saw, and the crew stayed until they were all perfect. I was really impressed at how they didn't rush and said they'd happily stay until everything was just right. The finished results, both inside and out, are exceptional. Lines are straight. Coats are even and thorough. I'd recommend them and have already started discussions about hiring them for our next project.

Certa Pro Painters were excellent. The salesperson, Jason, was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on the best way to go about painting our home. We got 3 bids and Certa were the middle bid but we wanted to use them because we thought they would do the best job. Their pressure washing and paint crews were both punctual, professional, hard working and friendly. They got the job done much sooner and more quickly than we were expecting, and the house looks great. There was a minor issue after the work was done and the owner, Jessica, bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. We would definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them.

It went great! CertraPro in Redmond is very well organized and managed. The estimator came out and was very responsive to our questions and suggestions. We then got a complimentary color consultation ($50 reimbursed at end of job) from Anya Moller. She was very helpful in guiding and reassuring us that our color choices would work well. After the house was completely pressure-washed, CertraPro waited while the scheduling with gutter contractors was worked out. After the new gutters were installed, CertraPro came back right away and transformed the house in three days. The first day was prep work -- caulking, etc. We did have a minor issue regarding time-and-material carpentry work we were told by the estimator that we could include. It was found that one window needed to be replaced; of course, that would have to be done by a window contractor. The issue was about another area that needed minor woodwork but once we asked about it, CertraPro resolved it to our satisfaction. All during the painting process, the workers were professional, neat, and friendly. Everyone answered questions and engaged with us in the spirit of customer service and getting the job done right. I would highly recommend CertraPro in Redmond (CertaPro's are franchises, I believe, so I can only vouch for the teams managed by Jessica Belman).

We ultimately hired another painter recommended by our interior designer, but Jason at CertaPro was extremely professional during the estimation / bidding process and I would recommend their services based on that experience alone.

I was really surprised how quickly this job came together. From the date I called CertaPro Painters - Eastside until the job was done was just a bit over 3 weeks (our dryer than normal summer had them on schedule so they could squeeze me in before the rains started). Jason Guttenberg accommodated my request for an early morning appointment to stop by my home and I had a quote in hand before he left. After that, Jessica Belman, the owner, was quick to respond either via email or phone regarding any questions I had. Once I accepted the bid, the work started a week later and was done in 3 days. Because the weather was cooperating, they even worked over the holiday weekend to get it done. I was a bit concerned since the painters are not employees of CertaPro, but impendent contractors, but that turned out to be unwanted. The team?a father and his sons?did a great job and took care of everything I asked them to do but there wasn?t much they missed. They did a great job cleaning up and carted away all the materials they had used to mask the windows, etc. It?s hard to make an old house look new, but these CertaPro painters came really close. Great Job!

They were great to work with. Jessica Belman was our point of contact, and she gave us a detailed quote, answered our questions relative to the quote, very quickly and thoroughly, and scheduled our job quickly. The crew power washed on schedule and did a good job...the house was pretty dirty by the time we had this work done. The painting started the next day. They worked steadily for about four days until it was complete. They ran into a couple of minor things along the way (the house hadn't been painted since it was built in 1994). They communicated the minor issues to us, we dealt with them, and there were no delays. They paid attention to detail, and the end result is beautiful. Our house is transformed.

Overall, we are very pleased with the paint job. The crew spent a significant amount of time prepping the exterior prior to painting. They pressure washed and cleaned the entire house and trim, decks, porches and exterior ceilings. The pine ceilings were water stained and molded, but the CertaPro crew treated the pine with a cleaner and spent hours sanding and prepping the ceilings prior to applying the clear stain. The ceilings look brand new. Again, overall we are very pleased and will use them again as painting needs arise, and highly recommend them to others. A job well done!

Prompt, courteous, and professional pretty much sums up my opinion of Certapro Painters of Eastside. Jason responded to my call within the hour by phone and then with a follow-up email that explained the bid process. He came out the next day to give me a bid. We walked around the house discussing what needed to be done and then he wrote up the bid right there and then. I thought it was a very competitive bid at the time, and that was before I experienced how great Certapro is! Jason said that Jessica would be taking over the project and that I would next hear from her via email within a few days. Like clockwork, Jessica sent me a very friendly and informative email introducing herself and going into more detail about what would be happening. At every stage of the process she would send these emails that pretty much answered all the questions we had before we had to ask. (Believe me, read these emails because they answer everything!) Our deck was in bad shape (we are replacing it because it is in such disrepair) and Jessica was very helpful in working with our deck company to schedule painting around their timeline for repair and then ultimate replacement. She made it so easy because she coordinated everything and we were always kept in the loop. The painting crew were excellent. They were efficient, careful, clean, respectful and fast. They worked long hours and they worked hard. My neighbors tell me how impressed they were with them. Jessica came by on both days and was very accommodating about adding some things to the project that I forgot (retaining wall and brick on the house and chimney that had never been painted). She even spotted some wood on a front step that we forgot about and had our trim color matched to a special paint for high foot traffic areas. Prior to painting, my house looked very weathered and worn. I was quite embarrassed of it, actually. And now, I love it and I get compliments from neighbors every time someone drives by. Certapro Painters of Eastside is a wonderful company. They do great work with the utmost professionalism and skill.

The painters were here on time and ready to go. they were very careful with plantings around the house. They painted the inside of my greenhouse removed plants, benches and other articles. They painted and then replaced every plant, bench and article . I was impressed with this and their professionalism. English was not their first language and if they did not understand what I was saying they referred me to someone who did. I would recommend them for outside painting.. My house looks great!
