Dave and his crew helped me to troubleshoot the issue without jack hammering or digging a massive hole in my yard. So pleased with his work and this was the second time I have used Maple Valley Plumbing. The first time I had a frozen pipe and he came on a Sunday and tied off the broken pipe until he could come to fix it. I am referring him to all my friends.

Called on Wed and spoke to the owner. They were able to squeeze me in on Friday morning the same week.  The guys we're on time, polite and professional.  They got the work done quickly and reasonably prices.  They were initially coming out just to do the 2 bathrooms however before they got there I noticed the Kitchen sink had the same problem and they we're able to take care of it too.  Great job!

We have used Dave over the years. Thought he would have picked up that details were important to us when we were unhappy with him running gas piping through the crawlspace vent. Then, his worker installed outside faucets through the foundation below the siding. We struggle to get a hose on and off and turn the water on. Details matter. I thought he got it. When the plumbing was done for the dialysis machine, a hole was cut and plumbing installed in such away it made it difficult to patch. No eye for details.

It went fine. We have used them in the past. They did a great job. They were timely, professional, I would use them again.

There were no major setbacks, but did have to wait for specific fixtures to come in.

It went really well actually. Good customer service, fast response and good overall work. The staff was upbeat and friendly.

The night before my gas main broke and the city turned off the gas. Upon inspection the city felt my line was not to code due to it's age. I called a couple people off angie's list to come out and quote me a new line from the main into the house. The owner of maple valley plumbing was very quick to respond and fit me into his day. I explained that I was concerned that the city would "red flag" my line and turn off my gas again. When he arrived he did not want to go under the house into the crawl space. I understand that it is not a desirable thing to do. He indicated that people have taken advantage of his time before and after he inspects they do not use him for work. I was more concerned for my home. He indicated that he wanted $50 to crawl under the house and inspect my gas line. When I told him over the phone that I wanted a quote it was free. I wanted his opinion so I had to write him a check. He said my gas line was fine. I sincerely think he felt bad for charging me the $50 and then asked if I needed anything else plumbing looked at in my house. He did give me a good tip for turning off my water when traveling. Nice person, just not the person to work on my home.
I had another company come out to replace my gas line later that day. They gave me a free quote. Once the gas was off and they went to start the process, my gas line broke with little tugging on the line. Thus, it was really bad and the city was correct in asking me to replace it. I'm glad I trusted my gut and had it replaced with another company.

Overall our experience was extremely positive. We had contacted several plumbers to perform the work, but none were willing to tackle the problem, some never called us back. Dave did his due-diligence research, and came up with a storage tank supplying an Aquaboost 2, variable speed pump. We still have the ability to isolate the new pressure system and run our house solely on the community well if we desire. Dave gave us an excellent job for a fair price. I would use Dave, and his plumber Jason, in the future, and would recommend his services

Dave is the owner and needs to be kept on track. Make sure he listens to you, and be sure to get a written quote. Justin does most of the work, and he is excellent at it.

Maple valley Plumbing was very responsive to my needs and were able to restore all the msssing pipe in a timely professional manner.

Our garage ceiling developed a wet moldy patch directly underneath one of our bathrooms. Maple Valley Plumbing came out the very next day and diagnosed the problem. We had to wait for the area to dry out for several days before it could be fixed as the toilet had been leaking for awhile and was dumping up to one cup of water each time it was flushed. When they came out again several days later to fix the leaking toilet they replaced the flange the toilet sits on, as ours was a little rusty and worn-looking, but the floor itself was not damaged since the water was able to flow through to the ceiling below and did not sit on the boards between floors (we were extremely lucky). We also had them pull and reseal our other two toilets just to make sure the same problem wasn't manifesting somewhere else (it wasn't). The initial estimate was around $500 to pull and reseal the toilet, plus rent a machine which would dry the area quickly, but it turned out to be $500 to pull and reseal the toilet plus replace the flange and angle stop, with an additional amt to pull and reseal the other two toilets. The whole job took about 1 day altogether and cost around $750 for all the work inclusive of tax. Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and sensitive to our needs and concerns the whole way through the job.

After a lot of digging and watching, they determined that there wasn't a problem with the water lines, although there may be problem with another, smaller system that shares the well house. That system was apparently not running right and could have been creating excess water flow that drained down to our lines. (They were right - that other system had a problem the owner's weren't aware of).
I give them strong marks for responsiveness, effort, knowledge. The only reason I didn't give them an overall "A" was they're price. They were more expensive than others, which is too bad - as a local company here in Maple Valley, I really would prefer to use them.

Dave promptly came out to determine if leak was under house, which it was not. We set up for 2 days later (exterior line was now off at street) due to holiday. The leak was exactly where predicted.

Dave recognized the importance of handling our leaking plumbing issues immediately and made time for getting our house connected back up to our water main very quickly (even though he was in the middle of two other jobs). He was very easy to work with and was very professional.

I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Dave was pleasant and courteous. I am satisfied with the work and would recommend him.

I spoke with Dave, the owner of Maple Valley Plumging. He gave me a reasonable quote, arrived on time, performed the work professionally and even helped to solve another problem with the sink free of charge. The cost was exactly what I was quoted. I was very happy with the work, I will use this company again for my plumbing needs and would recommend him to others.

While they were framing and running the water service for the upstairs shower they left the pipes all open so that when they were through we had wood chips coming out in the water. The chips got so backed up in there we had to have them back. They "cleaned" it out. After they left, the same thing happened several times. So, we turned off the main and opened up all the pipes and let the water run through for a long time till the wood shavings and chips were all out. Not good.

The owner provided a written estimate within 48 hours of my call. The work was performed within 2 days of my acceptance. The 2 plumbers who performed the work were polite and efficient. The work was completed within the estimated time at the price agreed to. The workers returned a couple days later to ensure the system worked properly and to work with me to understand the use of the new hardware.
