The lawn looks great since they have been on the job for a little over a year. I also have them maintain the gardens and gravel areas. I think they could do a better job on keeping up with the weeds but overall a pretty good job.

I scheduled them online and when the time for them to show up came, they did not show. I called and he had not seen the appointment and arranged to come over later. This was a last minute appointment scheduled the day before, but if they are going to allow people to sign up for service online, they should check it. This was a rush job as we were moving out of a rental and needed the lawn mowed. They did get it done in time, but the price was more than it was worth for the amount of time they had to work on it. In the end, I was in a bind and needed it done, so I paid it. They were then supposed to come over to our new house a couple days later at a time I had scheduled with them directly to look at setting up service. They never showed up. I will find someone else.

I told them that I would rake the leaves but they did it all. My wife came home from grocery shopping they moved the tree limbs to make a path for her to get into the house.
