For all the work, cut, manually haul out (200lb log segments on the shoulders!), grind, then clean up the leftovers, this hard-working no-nonsense crew of four were in and out in one hour! I was really really impressed. The overall cost at $1200.00 was quite reasonable for completion of the work required. Once done and gone, the place looked better than ever and like nothing had ever happened. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but my satisfaction for this job absolutely demanded it. Thank you!

This company is a class act. One crew came in a cleaned out the trees from my neighbors yard that were hanging into my trees. They did a beautiful job. The next crew came in with a chipper and cleaned up the mess. I couldn't be happier!! I would certainly hire them again.

Their crew came out on a Saturday and removed a dying tree from our back yard and trimmed another tree in our front yard. They showed on time and got the everything done in a couple of hours. They were very careful to not damage any plants around the tree being removed. Their did a great communicating with us about how they were going to do things and answered every question we had. We are very happy that we hired them. Highly recommend.

Wonderful! The work exceeded any expectations, and it was done so quickly. I elected to not have the contractor chip the trees, since I wanted to use the wood for my firepit, and was pleased that they still picked it all up and piled it as instructed.

A talented group who safely and efficiently removed a couple of large trees next to the house. They have good equipment and took extra effort with the cleanup.

Moises is super knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Crew was a bunch of friendly guys that were focused and safe. Great experience.

We had a great experience watching the guys do an amazing job of taking down our two trees in the back yard! Extreme perfection and experience not to mention bodies of steel. They were very professional and when the job was finished they cleaned up everything and took away all the wood from the trees. Our yard looked better after they left than before they came. We were amazed at the work they completed bringing down a 100 foot tree very close to our house. We highly recommend NW Tree Surgeons.. We videoed a lot of the experience since it was so amazing!

Mr. Nunez was very professional when he came to bid my project, which was quite large and involved having his crew climb some very tall trees that actually belonged to my neighbor, but all the cutting was on my side. He gave me what I consider to be a reasonable price--I did get another bid also that was higher but in the same ballpark. I communicated with him a few times via email about the project, and his responses were always quick. He came with his crew on the date and time appointed, introduced them, and we went over the project scope again. His crew always checked in with me over the course of the day to see if they were doing what I wanted, they were careful to respect my neighbor's property, they cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them for my tree work from now on!

They were very polite, finished quickly, did exactly as I was quoted, nice workers. Having trees removed is expensive. But I thought their prices were fair.

Moses was very helpful and friendly by phone--he answered all my questions patiently. He showed up on time and did a wonderful job removing a rhododendron stump quickly and thoroughly. We would hire him and his company again! Great attitude and great work!!

Great Customer service

I was happy with the work and the crew was accommodating and thorough. My problem is that 3/4 of the way through the work they determined they needed to charge me 50% more than what was quoted. My wooden gate got broken and not fixed and they left their lunch garbage in my front yard and empty water bottles in another area. As far as the work they did, it was good. In regards to keeping with their quote and being considerate of my property, not so good.

One of my widows got broken with a rock that their machine three/flung in the direction of the house.

Crew was professional, on time, did a great clean-up, and involved the owners in decisions. I was very pleased with the whole experience, from estimate to completion.

They worked within my budget, showed up on time, and clearly knew what they were doing.

Very happy with there work. It was a large tree to remove and they brought it down without damaging my house (close) or fence (less then 2')! Highly recommend them.

These guys were great fast and courteous would use them again if the need arises.

Moises was very professional, the day I called he met me at my house the same day we reviewed the project together he provide advice and assistance. He was not pushy, once I decided to hire his company, he was quick I had my six 90 foot trees in my backyard cut down in 2-days. His team was very professional and polite. Would highly recommend and if I required his services again I would do so! The price he gave me was better than three other companies I reviewed.
