They came on short notice, after some confusion after the first visit they came back to ensure my expectations were met.

I had 5 pine trees that stood along the frontage of my property that were leaning towards my 873 Sq ft home. Having already experienced a tree falling on my house 7 years ago and all the cleanup behind the pine trees, I had to remove them. NW Tree Surgeons worked safely, efficiently and I'm very pleased at the results. I definately recommend thier services! Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

Quick response - received visit & job quote within a few days. I was able to direct how I wanted the trees pruned without interfering with their experience and expertise to get the job done. Person that climbed the trees to cut the branches was a pleasure to work with. The 2 person ground crew worked efficiently clearing the branches away from the work area. No one stood around with their hands in their pockets. I was very pleased and added a tip to my payment.

They were very professional and did a great job. They removed a 35' cottonwood tree in about 30 minutes and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them for their service and a great value as well.

No sooner did I fill out the form to get recommendations for tree service, then my phone rang. It was Moses from NW Tree Surgeons. He came over within the hour and gave me an estimate. I've had experiences in the past where I had to book out the service so far in advance, it was nice to have the estimate in had and the service all finished within the week. They did a great job. And cleaned up really well afterwards, too, taking it all with them instead of using our yard waste bin. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

On September 23, 2016, a representative of this business requested permission to use our back driveway to take down a tree in a neighbors yard behind us. We gave permission. While they were at our home we did hire them to remove a small tree for us. His business arrived the next day. In order to access the neighbor's tree they removed part of our fence. They told us they would come back Saturday which they did but left early saying they would return later that day. They did not. I called the business on Monday and left a message. They did not return my call. That day the neighbor called the business and spoke with them. The business said they would return Monday or Tuesday to put up the fence. They did not. I called on Wednesday and they said that evening or Thursday. This is now Friday and they have not returned to put the fence back up. I have had no communication from them.A couple of days later they did come back and put the fence for me.
