I ad explained I had a large Japanese maple to be trimmed, but the workers said they didn't feel qualified to trim it very much.

Work was excellent. Communications about scheduling was good but could be improved.

Removed two trees and pruned back another one, ground up all the limbs and cleaned up the yard afterwards and it looked better than when they started.

They removed multiple trees for me. Price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. Very professional and hard working crew. They were here when they said they would be and did an amazing amount of work in two days and it was 90 degrees out! Great cleanup. I would definitely recommend this business.

The trees I wanted trimmed were done in a timely manner and the area was totally cleaned. There was a communications problem. The arborist was the only person on site that spoke English well. He explained what needed to be done to the foreman and left. From then on it was touch and go. Luckily, one of the young guys doing the work spoke some English. I had to watch what was being done, running from the front to the back of my yard. I was having two trees done at once. Sometimes I would catch a mistake being made, as to what I asked for, and sometimes I wouldn't. I finally was able to get a hold of the arborist and have him come back. In the end, the trees were trimmed, it wasn't a disaster, and I was somewhat satisfied with the work.

Easy to communicate and work with. Did an excellent job of cleanup, and are coming back out to finish removing some stumps after the job scope increased at our request (stump removal wasn't originally expected). Very pleased with the results, will contact them for any future jobs of this nature.

The work was done quickly and very nicely by the contractor's crew. But I never received a written quote, though it was specifically requested. Later, when the crew came to collect, the billing on the crew member's phone seemed correct, but I got bamboozled into paying $50 more than the original quote and the extra $50 I got quoted the day of the project for removal of the dead wood (I thought removing the tree would have included that but no). Later, still not having received a copy of the invoice, I contacted the owner and asked for the extra $50 back along with a proper copy of the invoice. Thus began an email war where the price changed, and I had to threaten contacting several state agencies as well as HomeAdvisor. After several days of broken promises to return the money, I received the invoice for the wrong amount and wrong sales tax, as well as the overpayment. I would not recommend this bamboozler, but the crew did do an excellent job.

This company is truly professional, very prompt and they listen to the needs of the customer. We were happy with them 5 minutes into the cleanup. The front yard looks fabulous. We highly recommend NW Tree. Thank You to the best 5 guys in the biz.

They handled getting my ancient pear tree trimmed up to prolong its life and did a great job with my fruit trees. Cleaned everything up and left the area pristine which is hard to do on a farm.
