Ty was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The company is very professional with calls and texts for communication. I purchased two new garage doors and one new opener. It looks wonderful and would highly recommend using this company if you are looking for quality product, excellent service, honest advice and reliable work.

Absolute garage doors is a great company. They came out twice to give us a quote, provide color selections and show a door construction sample as well as send us follow-up information via email. Our new garage doors and openers were installed by a very experienced technician named Tyler who worked diligently for 11 straight hours until everything was done to his and my satisfaction. He programmed my wireless remote, cleaned up after himself, never complained and did a fantastic job. He was a true professional who took extreme pride in his work and it definitely showed, I would highly recommend absolute garage doors to anyone.

Tyler was on-time, friendly, and professional. He let me know exactly what he would be doing and gave an accurate time estimate. He gave an accurate cost estimate, too. He came out to repair our springs, but also tried to help problem solve our keypad. I would definitely have him back!

Excellent customer service. Tyler came out next day to give me an estimate and he was very nice and answered all my questions. Even though I needed a custom-sized door, they got it from their supplier quickly and were installing in two days. Can't recommend them enough.

I was very thankful for their quick response, they were able to come out the same day for a quote, and installed in less than 3 business days where everyone else was weeks. Tech who installed our door was knowledgeable, friendly, and took pride in his work. All that and a local business, canâ t beat that.

Nathan installed our doors and openers and did an awesome job..... He called us daily to let us know what time he would arrive and left everything tidy daily. We discovered on a Friday night that we had a broken garage door spring. We called Absolute on Saturday morning. They arrived promptly at an agreed upon time that same day. Ty, the technician was neat and efficient. He was friendly and had the parts on board his truck to properly repair our door. When the job was complete, there was no mess or any indication he had ever been here other than a properly functioning garage door. We would recommend this company and this tech to fix a broken garage door.

This is my second time using Absolute Garage to work on my 106-year-old, detached, concrete garages. When another company balked at modifying the track for one of my garage doors to accommodate an opener, I called Absolute Garage up to see if they would be able to help me. They came out and assured me it would be no problem at all. A few weeks later, I had new track in one garage and brand new openers installed in both of them which work flawlessly and are a huge improvement over what was there before. The installers even came back out to adjust one of the motors when I complained that it wasn't quite level without a single complaint, although they assured me that the motor being a little titled wouldn't have been a problem. The only thing I'd caution about is the price tag. As far as motor options go, they don't offer much between the top of the line Liftmaster 87802 and a basic chain drive motor. The customer service is well worth the price though and in the end I've got a pretty bitchin' set of garage door openers. I won't hesitate to use Absolute Garage for the next garage door project and you should too.

As an apprehensive widow to a Veteran, I did my research and interviewed a few for estimates. I decided to go with AG because the initial phone conversation was informative then Ty came out to discuss reasonably rates and various options. He was forthright, knowledgeable while patiently taking time to answer questions, inform and advise. Great availability so he came out 3 days later to install on Sunday; working with my schedule. He was thorough, efficient and did my dual install skillfully with no disruption. He is not only very respectful, professionally kind and caring but went above and beyond to walk me through setup as a novice. Best of the Best!
