Absolute Garage

The belt of my garage door was broken since 08/28/16, since the brand is a Guardian, nobody would like to fix it ! All of them wanted me to buy a new unit for appox. $ 350 and up. So I called the company who installed it, since it was installed on 04/03/2014,was informed by them ( Garage Door Service ) that the belt was not covered under warranty. BUT , they are willing to fix it for $ 165 on the part and $ 125 on installation plus Tax. Anyway, I contacted another company- Triton - , they were willing to do this " off-brand " for $ 260 total. No company in the Greater Seattle area wanted to fix this off-brand, but all are willing to sell me a new unit. By the draw of luck I found Absolute Garage Door, Mr. Scanlon- The Owner - came and look at w/no charge. He told me it can be fixed but have to order the part with an absolute reasonable quote. A week later I got my door fix , plus he checked all the movable parts --- A Perfect Job --- . He walked out here with the same amount he quoted me. Thanks Mr. Honest Businessman. All you people out there, if you need garage door's help, CALL THIS COMPANY. Philip Wu

Aaron was on time, with same day service. He was informative and accommodating. My 96 year old Dad had considerable clutter around one side of the door that needed service, and he graciously moved it without complaining OR charging for the work. He was not pushy, stated the quality of his products which I already had educated myself on, and met every expectation of quality product, service experience, and warranties. I would highly recommend his company.

Aaron called me within minutes of submitting to Home Advisor on a Sunday morning. He was here within an hour. He made quick work of a torsion spring replacement. I mentioned I'd be interested in a quote to add an opener to my second door. He not only gave me a quote, but had the opener I wanted in his truck. 40 minutes later I had two projects off the list! Friendly, competent and prepared. He was also 30% less than another quote I got outside of Home Advisor.

Did more than just install the opener. Realigned the door tracks, no extra charge. Called to see if he could show up a few minutes early. I am very happy with the service and quality of work.

They showed up when they said they would. Their supplier sent an upgraded product but I was not charged extra.
