Super professional group. Great experience from start to finish, they arrived 2 hours after I submitted my request, job was complete within the next 90 minutes.

I went to the store for 20 minutes, came home and my garage wouldn't open! Went on HomeAdvisor and Absolute was one of the first folks listed. They were at my house and fixing my door within an hour! Larry was great, told me what my options where, how much they'd be - and in less than an hour later, it was fixed and running smoothly! Yay!!!

The technician, Larry, was professional, efficient and personable. He walked me through my options and explained things really well. The cost was higher than I expected but I don’t really have a reference for whether or not the cost was consistent with industry standards. I worked in the construction industry and it just seemed like a lot for an hour of work. However, Larry told me the price in advance and I approved it. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Quick and efficient service. Will use them for replacement. The cost of the repair will help towards replacement. They are amazing and have a great urgency to help. My problem was important to them and I love them.

They came out the same day I called to replace 2 broken springs that allow my garage door to open & close. He worked quickly, & was very informative. He was very thorough and checked the whole system to make sure it all worked before he left. He found another problem in a mechanical piece in the garage door track ( by the garage door opener ) that was damaged when the springs had failed. Unfortunately, he had used the last part in his van & didn't have another one at that moment. He promised to be back the next day & bring the part the complete the job ( mind you, he originally came out to only replace the springs). He showed up the next day & did as he promised. 2 jobs completed. Thank you very much for the great service.

They were very timely in install the new garage door openers. They went above and beyond and was very informative. I had a good experience and I was comfortable.
