Absolute Garage

Garage door opener broke over Labor Day weekend. They said they could come out that day no problem. Other places there was a waiting period. Appointment was easy to make, the tech Henry showed up when he said he would and was very nice, very knowledgeable, went right to work. He replace a very old opener that no longer worked, cleaned up after himself. Although I felt the cost to be pricy because money is an issue for me he had my best interest in his recommendation for replacement. I am so happy with my new quiet opener with great lighting. Thank you!!!

The primary review was all about the safety of my current garage door setup. Since I am not a pro, I was so shocked at how many things could have gone wrong with severe injury to myself and/or anyone around/in my garage! I was given a step by step process before, during this important home project. This company knows their job!

The contractor called in advance to arrange a time he would be out to repair the broken spring on a garage door. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Aaron was prompt and courteous. At first I had an idea of what happened, however over the years of owning houses I did not realize how much new construction cuts corners to save a buck. Aaron hooked me up with a much stronger system and a lot more quite as well. The cost however was more than I expected, but with the warranty he gave me I feel like it was worth it.

Aaron responded very quickly with a phone call and was able to get to us the very same day. He was running late and called to let us know. He was personable, professional and the work appears to be done properly. He worked quickly and cleaned up, removing the old damaged garage springs. I have no problem recommending him.
