Absolute Garage

The installer Henvry was a very nice polite experienced person who had to deal with a difficult installation (It required cutting notches in wood shelving on each side of door and dealing with a huge table-island in the middle of the garage). What it really needed though was two people. The whole thing took over 10 hours with just one guy. On the upside of that was that the job was done on a Sunday when they couldn't do it on Saturday as promised due to mechanical problems.

The owner of this company was very knowledgeable, did a great job explaining what would happened and assured me the garage door could be fixed but because it was in such shape it would break again, it was my choice. Never did he try to up sell me as the other company did when their rep came out. Once I decided, it was scheduled for 3 days out, the installer phoned to let me know when he'd be arriving. The owner called me earlier to let me know the installer was on his way to pick it up. I knew what to expect all along the way.

Aaron quickly responded and is very knowledgeable of overhead garage doors. He came out and evaluated my issues, let me know what was needed, how much it would cost. I agreed to the repairs. I had a broken window and a broken spring. The replacement parts center was nearby for my garage so he was able to get those parts and completed the job in a minimum amount of time that same day.
