+ -1 moreService was great. Installation was a breeze. We had to wait for electricians to extend the 240V cord down so it would reach the new, shorter water heater. Once that was done the water heater installation went very smoothly. They said we should have hot water within a few hours after installation, and a few hours came and went. The guy told me to call him directly if I had any issues. So I ended up calling him at 8:00pm to see if I could have him come back out the next day to troubleshoot what the problem was, but he insisted on coming out right away to try and fix our problem. Ended up being an electrical problem and nothing to do with the plumbing part (the electricians didn't test the voltage coming out of the box, and we had a bad breaker for that box). All in all I was definitely satisfied with the work they did and just the sheer fact that the guy came out at what ended up being after 9:00pm to try and help us out was incredible. Would definitely do business with them again.
Description of Work: Provider was a contractor through Lowe's for the installation of my water heater. They took out my existing water heater, and installed a new one.

+ -1 moreIt went really bad. Delivered washer&dryer scratched. Refused to take back for a refund. Delivered the wrong fridge, refused to haul back for a refund. Management was the worst part of the story. Defensive and incompetent. Absolutely do not buy big items from that store!
