They were here. Absolutely, everything was perfect, I can't say anything unprofessional, unlikeable anything. They were wonderful. Wonderful.
Description of Work: We had another leak. They found the problem. The restoration people came in and dried everything all up. It was a week of them cleaning it up.

Description of Work: I had accumulated water under my manufactured home. During the cleanup and installation of a sump pump by another vendor, mold was noticed throughout the area. I contacted South Sound Restoration (which I found on Angies List) for the mold removal. I have two issues with this company: |1) I had pneumonia, so the cleanup and mold removal was important to me. Nick, who did the work, assured me they were testing the mold. He even rescheduled the cleanup because, "the sample was still at the lab." I constantly requested the lab results so I could to take it to the physician who was treating me for pneumonia. Tiffany Marvin finally admitted to me that the sample was never taken to the lab. Their process was to put the petri dish in a sunny widow and if nothing grew, it would not go to the lab. I requested a refund of the $145 they charged me for the lab. I never received it. |2) I elected to pay cash rather than put the service on my credit card, thereby saving 10%. When Nick came to collect, he requested cash, not a cashier or personal check. I refused to give cash and cleared up that issue with Tiffany and I mailed them a cashiers check for the bill. I caution anyone on Angies List not to respond to a demand for cash from any employee of any company!

They were pleasant to work with. They subcontracted to a construction group that dragged the job out an extra month, and did not complete the clean up (they left a bathroom shelving unit disassembled and lying in my back yard, instead of either re-installing it, or replacing it and taking the damaged shelving unit to the dump). They gave me a gift certificate in apology for the delay.
Description of Work: Removed water damaged drywall and insulation, dried out workshop bathroom, did mold mitigation, removed and replaced (most) damaged bathroom fixtures, repaired bathroom and repainted.

This company is the best! Water was discovered in the crawl space of my home during a home inspection because I was selling it. There was about a foot of water.From recent rains and a high water table in the area. Doug and Bruce came out the same day and pumped the water out and inspected the crawl space for any rot or water damage. Doug assured me that everything looked fine other than being wet, and that after drying out with his big heater device no one would ever know I had this happen. They were professional, extremely knowlegeable, and very nice. If you need this type of work done this company is the one to contact. Thankyou!
Description of Work: Removed water from crawl space due to high water table from recent rains and will be driving out area with large heater. Inspected area and assured me no damage to wood posts.

They were incredible. They were very clean. They put in all the equipment. They were very wonderful. They made it easy to live with the construction. It took them longer due to the damage was greater than expected. They had fans going to dry things out on every floor. They were very conscious of the people living in the condo and they made us feel that we were not in the middle of all this. The restoration company came out regulary and they were great. I could not of asked for better.
Description of Work: Tear out drywall, ceiling, insulation, vanities, countertop, dehumidifers, negative air fan scrubber, filter for air scrubber, hazard suit, hauled the damaged materials. Restored area where there was water damage.
