"Thank you so much [Member Name Removed]!! The teams love cleaning your home. I will definitely let them know you gave them an A!!"
"Hello [Member Name Removed]!! Thank you so much for your review :) It really means a lot. I will pass on the kind words to the teams."
"We are so sad that you moved!! Cleaning for you was always fun with all your animals, especially those pigs!! Thank you so much for the review!!"
"Woo Hoo! So kind of you to review us, especially since we have 2 reviews that aren't even from our company - it's hard to overcome that. You made our day!! I'm printing this for your team to see right now! Thank you :)"
"What a pleasant surprise to see this on a gloomy Saturday morning - especially after all these years! Thank you for thinking of us :)"
"Thanks for taking the time to do this!"
"Yay! Loved reading this. We always hear about how after a long time cleaning services go downhill - so glad you aren't experiencing this, we work really hard to have good systems to keep that from happening!"
"I was so sad to read this! Sometimes things don't go as well as planned, especially when we are setting up a job over the phone and don't know exactly what we are walking into. It was really helpful to read your interpretation of what happened, thank you for that. I sure wish we could have done more and done it better for you. The good news for us was that because of your feedback we have significantly changed how we bid jobs so that our Clients aren't left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I hope all is well with you."
"Dear Person Who I am Not Allowed to Name :), we have no record of you or your address. My guess is that you used another company with a slightly similar name? At any rate, we will try to locate you in the white pages and hopefully clear this up, also to see if we can maybe help you out - sounds like you could use someone on your side :) Hope to talk with you soon - Liz"
Will definitely use again.
"Thank you soooo much! Our goal is for everyone to LOVE our service every time, so please make sure and respond to those rating emails, they are the secret to your happiness and that feeling of "Ahhhhhhh, it feels so good to have everything clean at the same time!!""
"I gave an estimate to the client of $275 - $375 for a vacant clean on 2200 sq ft house. I explained to the client that this was an estimate and if we needed more time to complete the job we would call him half way through and let him know how much it would be to complete the job. This was a rental property, so I asked the client what company they were working with. We work with a lot of realtors in town and I know their expectations regarding a move-out clean. I gave instruction to the Team that matched up with those expectations. When we arrived the Team called me to do a walk-thru over the phone. At that time, the Team Coach said that there was way more work than the time allotted. I told them to start cleaning and then let me know how much more time they would need. At the the half-way mark, the Team called and said it would take a total of $540 to complete the wet work. I called the client and relayed the information and asked him what he would like us to do. He told me to have the Team stop the work in the house and use the rest of the time up to $375 to clean out the garage and clean the bird droppings off the front porch which we did. Later that day, I got an email from the client's wife with the information listed on this complaint. I emailed her and called both the client and his wife and left messages apologizing for any frustration that our company caused and that I would be willing to work something out with them. I left my personal cell number and told them to call me anytime that evening. The client called back that evening and talked about his frustrations with our service. At the end of the conversation, we agreed that our company would return to their home the following day and complete the job according to his expectations at no extra cost. The same day I sent virtual flowers with a written apology (I didn't have an address to send real flowers) and thanked them for letting us fix the problem. A Team went out the next day and completed the job. I did a follow-up call with the client and he said they hadn't had a chance to look at the house. I told him that we would guarantee our work and if there was any problem at all to let me know and it would be fixed immediately. They were deploying at the end of the week and when I did a second follow-up call, the client's phone was not accepting calls. I assumed they had left town and all was well with the cleaning."
"Yep, we think you are a great Client too - you make it easy for us to do our job and look good!"
"Darn it!! We hate it when we don't get it "just right" especially when you were leaving the area! Thanks for taking the time to give us the review, we know how tight time is when moving :) All our best to you!"
"Thank you for taking the time to review us :) That was an unexpected treat this morning! Please make sure to let us know ASAP if things ever change for you! ~Liz"
inspector was a hard a** too; I swear the only thing the inspector was missing was a white glove.
Inspection continued: most of the inspection went great except for the bathroom, the inspector opened a door and it still had hair and other stuff that collects in a bathroom drawer. After the inspection I called American Maid and told them of the issue, they were willing to come back out and clean that drawer. I told them don?t worry about it I had already wiped it out but defiantly appreciate the gesture. She apologized for her team missing the drawer and we got ALL of our deposit back.
"LOVE this feedback Member!! We're going to think a bit on that deposit issue - kind of crummy to irritate a Client you haven't even met yet - lol! Thanks again :)"
"Thank you so much Member! Trish doesn't normally take those calls so I know she was nervous to get it done well :) This is going to make her day!!"
