Description of Work: They replaced the vapor barrier in my crawl space. They were messy, leaving dirt on top of the new vapor barrier and all over my garage, including some wires that they just left on top and I had to have them come back and take care of. They sent in some kid that I don't believe really knew he was doing...but for that matter, I'm not sure the older guys did either. They told me that it would be about $300 for a set amount of square feet and then wound up charging me almost twice as much. They also changed the name of their business half way through the job and didn't bother to tell me until I asked. Very unprofessional and over-priced. The one guy, who appeared to be in charge, did tell me they'd come back as often as necessary, but I thought that they should have done it right the first time and by then, frankly, I'd lost confidence in them. (Not exactly sure about date and charges because it has been so long, but they're both in the ballpark.)

Description of Work: I thought had a rodent problem.....so I purchased Angie's list BigDeal of the day" $99 One time Rodent treatment from Croach Services. The service technician performed a thorough inspection . Starting outside , Behind the garden shed ,vents & checked out the Crawlspace...happy to say no rodents!! What impressed me the most about Croach Services was the level of customer service they provided. Starting with the gals in the office (call Angie's List for your full refund ) to the service technician ( who didn't try to hard sell) that came to my home. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Description of Work: The offer is for a vapor barrier in a crawl space. I have an attic which needs work and thought this was a match. I called prior to purchase and was assured it was a match. I made the purchase and during the setup call their rep decided it wouldn't work as offered. She told me to get a refund and we set a date to make an offer to repair my attic. Fair enough, I think. Description of Work: The services performed were very good with a decent effectiveness. The price is a little high for me, though. I might be able to use them again in the future, but for now I had to allow my contract to expire.

Description of Work: Punctual, quick with work and further estimates. Provided a great deal through Angie's List and reasonable price for additional work.

Description of Work: Inspected and treated interior and exterior of home. Knocked down spider webs and wasp nests. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Pest spray performed around our house. Technicians not as detail oriented as the sales person. Several wasp hives were noted by the sales person but not "knocked down" like they said they would be.

Description of Work: I did not use. Am only writing review so Angie's List will quit prompting me to review. The reason I did not use was of no fault to the vendor. I needed further services done and had another company perform the duties. This company was very flexible and I would be happy to try and do business with them again.

Description of Work: I have had PestFree and then later Croach now for almost 3 years on a quarterly basis, maintaining an insect barrier around my home. | |In general their technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, I was always supposed to have the same guy treating my house, but at most the same person came twice and most of them only once. They showed up timely, but the scope of the service depended on the technician that showed up. I was really amazed by the knowledge of some of the technicians when I would have a question for them or if I had a sample to show. The very best would talk to you before starting and asking questions about recent activity and if any treatment would be needed anywhere else than just the outside barrier, the opposite to that would sit in the car for 20 minutes and then leave the bill and a fake service report on your doorstep (happened at least once). | |I always saw some activity of bugs whether it was a week or two months after spraying, but I guess that would be more if I didn't spray. Never got anything in my house that would cause damage. | |Currently I am canceling their contract, the service level decreased after it changed to Croach and I have been receiving fewer visits from the good technicians lately.

Description of Work: Quick and efficient...black ants disappeared after treatment

Description of Work: Croach treated the outside and the inside of my house, including the garage, for an ordorous ant problem. I also purchased a quarterly service. At this point, I am no longer bothered by these ants and it is so nice to be able to prepare food in my kitchen without constantly being on the lookout for ants.
