We had a really great experience from start to finish. David was very honest, communicative, worked us in the sechedule fast and gave us a good estimate. This was our first time for any updates on our home and we didn’t realize the crew would work such long hours. Our experience was still good, but next time we’ll know to double check work hours just for our reference:).

this group of very hard workers did an excellent job on my house. The paint had previously failed. I will see if it holds up but if it doesn't I have their guarantee they would come back to correct any failure. VERY PLEASED.

David, Jr., who represents Total Innovation Painting in securing clients, talks a good game, says whatever it takes to convince a customer that he and his crew are top-notch professionals. But his team consists of his mother and father and a couple of part-timers whose main employment is elsewhere. Nice folks, but not skilled painters. In fact, one of these workers painted an entire room in the wrong color and sheen on the walls, and applied semi-gloss paint to two ceilings. The excuse given was that someone had put the wrong lid on the wrong can. But again when touch-ups were required in other areas, this same worker applied huge circles of both the wrong color and wrong sheen of paint around the areas to be re-touched, and while some of these areas were later covered over with the correct paint, those circles of bright, white semi-gloss still show through. While I was planning to replace the carpet in the house, there were two bedrooms with carpet that was still in good condition, and I had planned to use carpet from those rooms to cut and bind for use as area rugs. But no effort was made to protect any of the flooring in any room, and a five-foot length of carpet in one of those rooms where the carpet was still usable, now bears the smeared footprints of workers who stepped in and tracked paint onto the carpet. And in spite of the fact that I pointed out the damage to David, Jr., his workers made no attempt to protect the carpet in the second room when they began painting the ceiling there. In addition, the paint crew damaged the flashing and scraped two colors of trim over the garage door when they backed their van into my driveway and grazed the house with their extension ladders, which were attached to the roof of the van. They also dented the gutter over the front of the garage while trying to return a ladder to the top of the van and, while two weeks later they made an attempt to repair the flashing, they refused to take responsibility for the damage to the gutter that occurred when one of the crew was attempting to shove a ladder back onto the roof of the van. In fact, David, Jr. claimed the crew had never used a ladder in my home, and when I then asked him, Then how did your painters reach the top of the 15 foot walls in the living areas? he replied that they had used a 6 foot ladder that is stored inside the van, not on top. But I personally witnessed one of the painters pushing a ladder back on top of the van and because he was not tall, he had to jump a couple of times to keep the ladder in place on top of the van, which was backed into the driveway and right next to the point where the gutter is dented. In addition, no attempt was made to cover any of the furniture, and I went from room to room covering the furniture with plastic drop cloths I fortunately already had on hand. Responded to my emails in a timely manner. Showed up on time. Did it in the time they estimated. I didn't have enough stain so David let me know I could order it and they would pick it up. So I was able to order it at Home Depot in Snohomish and they picked it up for me so they could keep working.

Great to work with this company. David was always quick to answer my questions and always followed through with any changes that I asked for in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Total Innovation did a great job, preparing and painting our home. It looks amazing. They gave great attention to details. We did several walk around at different phases and the guys didn't mind questions. Out home went from a 4 from 1-10 to a 8.5. What a difference. Fast, reliable and quality work (they even cleaned up after painting).

Unbelievable . No wait time. I was open to time and day. They fit us into their schedule within three days.

David was friendly and knew what I wanted. His dad and brother did a good job, however, there were spots of paint on the appliances and they had stepped in paint and did not clean up the floor. They also missed a very small area.
