The Property Management function of our business has served mainly owned assets by Belmark, but has been transformed to a Professional Property Management Company. We have the capacity to handle multiple large properties or individual homes. The property owners and investors that use our services have been loyal customers. These customers have demanded a personalized experience with a high level of excellence. For the past 5 years General Contracting has been another valued resource. Belmark has partnered up with investors and banks to build out the vertical construction; our projects with this clientele have included multi-family on new developments as well as single family residences. Our general contracting service can be as broad as the client would like. We have done a bit of everything for our clients. This includes but is not limited to; marketing and selling projects, reporting on the cost and profit of projects, leading the designs of new plans and the community feel. Belmark has the ability to provide a full service contract to work with other entities interested in maximizing their return on land inventory. Within our General Contracting, we have expanded into remodels, tenant improvements and custom homes. We take great care in understanding what is expected of our clients and bring in a trusted team of contractors that can get the job done in an affordable and timely manner.
