Belmark provides a fully integrated management team who have the experience to follow a community from raw land to finished homes. When it comes to customer service, Belmark prides itself on professionalism. When visiting any of our communities, you will be greeted and served by a well-trained, well-supported agent and sales team. Our team will carefully guide you through the entire home process with your own builder representative and you will be given a personal and detailed walk-through when your home is completed. The Property Management function of our business has served mainly owned assets by Belmark, but has been transformed to a Professional Property Management Company. We have the capacity to handle multiple large properties or individual homes. The property owners and investors that use our services have been loyal customers. These customers have demanded a personalized experience with a high level of excellence. For the past 5 years General Contracting has been another valued resource. Belmark has partnered up with investors and banks to build out the vertical construction; our projects with this clientele have included multi-family on new developments as well as single family residences. Our general contracting service can be as broad as the client would like. We have done a bit of everything for our clients. This includes but is not limited to; marketing and selling projects, reporting on the cost and profit of projects, leading the designs of new plans and the community feel. Belmark has the ability to provide a full service contract to work with other entities interested in maximizing their return on land inventory. Within our General Contracting, we have expanded into remodels, tenant improvements and custom homes. We take great care in understanding what is expected of our clients and bring in a trusted team of contractors that can get the job done in an affordable and timely manner. It is our goal to exceed the expectation of our clients.

Remodleling is never easy. Because we added on to our home there was a time when the great outdoors was very close to our inside home. The fall rains were part of the equaltion at times. Keith from Belmark Homes did an great job of keeping things closed in and dry. We live with a giant blue tarp on the back of our home for a couple of weeks. We were able to live in our home all but 2 days of the remodel and that was at the end when there was a lot of wet paint and when the carpet was installed. Keith kept the project on time and within budget. He communicated with us daily, kept us appraised of any upcoming issues, scheduled installations, and was on site when the subs were working. It was very important to him that we were happy with the product. One night after the walls were textured we sent him a text that we were not happy with the results. He was almost home (about 25 miles away) yet he turned around and returned to chat with us. WOW. Each night the job site was clean and tidied up. The last day on the job he had out the calking gun and paint to do last minute touch-ups - ones I had not noticed but he had. I felt like he was treating our home as he would his own. We could not be happier with our "new" home. It is awesome. Keith and Belmark Homes are so easy to work with. Keith is very detail oriented and makes sure everything is to his exact specificaltions. We could not ask for a better contractor.
Description of Work: Added a small addition as part of the remodel of our master bedroom and bath. Replaced all the interior doors, put in crown molding and paint interior trim. The bathroom remodel included adding a walk-in closet and walk-in tiled shower, new vanities, heated tile flooring. Complete plans from an architect and engineer was involved to be sure the structure remained sound.
