Excellent. One of the best service. Experience I have ever had.

Angie's List offered a special to replace rollers and perform maintenance of the garage door. I called to make an appt. for the service and to have a spring replaced and the response was wonderful. I explained my dilemma and the person I spoke too was eager to help us as soon as possible. The first technician was came found another problem and saw he was missing one of the pair of parts needed to complete the job and wasn't able to get one that day. He actually quoted me quite a high price for them which made me think they might be jacking the price up because I was a woman and while I would never admit to being elderly, I am retired. I may have misunderstood the technician because the next technician showed for the follow-on appointment with the parts they were significantly less per part. Both men were very polite and informative. I chose not to replace both springs since only one was broke although the owner suggested they both needed replacement because of their age. I decided if it wasn't broke I wasn't going to fix it. Hope I made the right decision but I did at least for my budget. The technician did extra work for me by moving some pieces that were in the way of him being able to get to the one side of the door. This was a great experience and I would definitely use this company again.

The person was contacted by phone and then they returned the call and scheduled a compatible time for the work. They arrived on time and completed the job in the time allotted.

James was prompt, helpful, and a professional in every way. I am very pleased with the service I received. Both garage doors are balanced and run smoothly. I would definitely use Sound Door Services in the future.

Technician arrive shortly after the beginning of the two hour window, performed his tasks without my needing to be on-hand and then walked me through what he had done. It wasn't until after he left that I realized how much quieter the door is....which is nice as my garage is in the rear of my home, near several neighbors' bedrooms.

John worked through a few problems and produced at a good price a door opener that we are completely satisfied with.

They brought the garage door opener and installed it. They were very punctual and professional and the price was reasonable too.The door failed to work a couple of times and when we called them they suggested some solution over phone. This solution only worked for a few days before the device started acting up. This time they sent one of them out and fixed the problem for free. We have not had a single issue since then.

Everything went great! They were super friendly and fast! Took care of the problem the same day as my call and the additional tune-up that they did has made the door much more quiet. Definitely will use them again if we need service on our garage door. Thanks!!!

Showed up on time. Very professional and efficient. Gave my his professional opinion on the condition of my two garage doors. Decided to replace the side used the most often and condition the other garage door. I have been very happy with how my garage doors are working and it helped to know that the springs are in good shape and I should not have any problems for quite some time.

Nice fellow. Went smoothly; as itemized, >$400 of the bill was parts, <$100 for the "service charge".

Showed up on time, quick replacement of existing roller wheels w/ nylon. Quick inspection and lubrication. Don't think the new wheels made any difference at all, but lube made it quieter. Perfectly competent and would use them again, but this deal was not that great for what I got.

Work was quick and professionally done.

Angie's List had a special for garage door roller replacements. Jon came out to install the rollers. Very knowledgeable about garage doors and recommended several things for my garage. The special only included 10 rollers but I my door uses 12. He asked if I wanted to pay more for the extra 2 and I said no. He went about his business without pressuring me about the additional two, saying that it won't be as quiet, but otherwise should work just fine. Love that I did not feel pressured, otherwise I would've felt that he was doing a bait and switch. Very professional work, easy to talk to, and great conversations. Jon inspected everything else before leaving to make sure everything was good. He also explained to me that the garage door wasn't closing all the way (has a half-inch gap at the bottom) and that there would be little that can be done to fix it using the current system... but a new system down the road will provide the solution. He had to change the scheduled appointment a couple of times due to some conflicts or other reasons... would've been nice to have more advance warning for one of the changes, but otherwise, he kept in contact. I recommended him to my Father-in-Law and they installed a whole new garage door opener system on two if his doors. My father-in-law was extremely happy with the price he was given and the work performed. I was able to review the work myself and it was well done. I would use their services again and will call them when I need to change my garage door in the near future. Very professional company.

I thought the tech was professional and knowledgeable.

. I called their voice mail (their message was rather garbled) and did not hear back for a couple of days.which was odd. I figured that they did not want the business. Then I got a call from them saying that their machine did not deliver the message on time. This conversation was from his cell phone and the connection was very difficult to hear. Anyway at that point they could not come until the following day. He arrived the following day within the window of time given. He pinpointed what we both knew was wrong. But he also gave so many options to solve the problem that I got quite confused. IE all new doors I did appreciate his attempts to educate me though. He did the work quickly - less than 1/2 hr and the garage door seems to be running well now. He also very nicely replaced a missing screw on my auto door opener - number key pad.

Sound Door Services are the best!! One of the main springs for one of our two garage doors blew apart last night around 9:00 PM. I called Sound Door Services at 7:00 AM the next morning and the technician Dave was out by 11:00 AM. He replaced all the springs (as they were over 30 years old) on the both garage doors and had us up and running in under 45 minutes. Outstanding service, great price, and a 10 year warranty on the parts. These guys are the best!

My garage door was having issues when closing. Dave figured out the problem right away, fixed it, evaluated my whole system (we have 2 doors) but didn't find a need for any other work, and all is good.

The worker was right on time, very friendly and professional. We talked about the problems and he replaced the rollers and did general maintenance on the door. He also saw that there were a couple of other problems. He replaced the pulleys as a result and told me how I could replace the springs, which I did later that day. He was very helpful. He answered my questions about new garage door openers. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

He arrived early, which was great, and explained everything he would do and then got right to work. After he had finished he had me come out to test the garage door and showed me what he had done. He even put the light bulb cover back on. I had tried everything over the last few years to get that to stay on.

Sound door did a good job. They found that the doors needed to have their springs replaced. When they were done the doors opened easily. I was satisfied with the work.

They did it without any tools and did not charge for the trip. We regard highly.
