Description of Work: Our garage door spring had broken. I received a few options with pricing and was able to take some time to consider them. The door was repaired with two springs for even weight distribution. It works like new now.

Description of Work: Sound Door provided garage door maintenance. They were fantastic! My garage door wasn't working and I didn't realize a lever was not set correctly. They came and set that right away. They performed the maintenance, replaced the rollers and discovered a piece was missing. The employee didn't have it in his truck, went back to the office to get it and came right back to make sure it was all taken care of. Great service, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone!

Description of Work: overall it was a good experience. The tech that came out (I think his name was Chris) was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. There were some slight annoyances with scheduling, but nothing that was a deal-breaker.

They were efficient and work was done fast since there were two technicians. I appreciate their punctuality, I was notified thirty minutes before the appt time that they were on their way. Work was completed within the hour and garage door is working great!
