Description of Work: The serviceman replaced the broken spring on my garage door and advised getting a new garage door because the fix was temporary. He was very helpful, offering options as he evaluated and allowed me the final decision. I am going to call them again for a new garage door as soon as I can budget for it. I plan to have them install it late January or early February 2016.

Description of Work: We had a very old garage door opener that was causing us problems. The machine could not be fixed, so we replaced it with a brand new garage door opener.

Description of Work: Garage door stopped working. Cables and rollers were replaced door adjusted and works better than if has ever worked.

Description of Work: Technician arrived promptly. He did a good job servicing the garage door and pointed out certain issues which may likely come up in future and the possible solutions.

Description of Work: They showed up, identified the problem, fixed it, performed some maintenance, gave me some instruction on maintenance. That was it. I expected the "up sell". Didn't happen!
