Description of Work: The garage door was acting jerky and the tension chain was very loose. It started dropping bolts and stopping half way up so I called Sound Door Services. I spoke to John who helped get me an appointment for the next week. They sent out James, who immediately went to work and explained what the issues were to me and also gave me a few tips on how to maintain the door properly. He was very efficient and the issues were taken care of quite reasonably. I would call them again in the future when I need garage door help.

Description of Work: I received a quote from Sound Door that was significantly less than a competitor for 2 higher-end insulated garage doors. The doors had to be ordered which too a while. My existing doors were in bad shape and they did a temporary fix for no extra charge to tide me over. Once the replacement doors were available, the installation went like clockwork. Work quality was good and I am very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them.
