Sparkle Wash of Puget Sound, LLC

I had many quotes for a roof and gutter cleaning. The roof was covered with moss! The range came in from $250 all the way up to $800. Sparkle Wash was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, they were reasonable, a few quotes came in around the same range. I went with James b/c he was the first one to contact me after I sent in the bid via servicemagic and one of the first ones to come back with a quote. He was the most accessible, some companies I had to leave messages and can't get a call back etc. James was pleasant to work with!

Sparkle Wash did an excellent job. Their equipment is the top of the line and they are polite,professional and hard workers. We interviewed several companies and Sparkle Wash was by far the most impressive.

Quality will have to wait until the concrete surfaces dry off. We will be able to see how clean the surfaces are.

Very pleased with work they preformed. They cleaned my roof, gutters and driveway. The price was very reasonable and they completed everything in under 2 hours. Like most people who are concerned when hiring a company, I did my homework; the company is licensed and bonded. This is important to me, as companies are not. Mr. James Pace is very professional, walking me through the process and gave me a quote. That did not change once he started the work; he & his crew were on time and worked hard. The work was outstanding! I do not normally write testimonials, I was compelled to write after such great service I received, the polite manner in which I was treated; the estimate was what a paid. no surprises and the work fabulous. That deserves a Thank You to James Pace, his crew and company! I will be hiring him in the future.

The contractor arrived on time for our first meeting, toured the project , then provided a quotation which was realistic. After talking to two other firms, received a quotation from one. When I awarded the contract to Sparkle he showed up as promised and completed the job with total satisfaction.

They were on time, took time to make sure everything was done to what I expected, cleaned up everything when they were done, I will use them again, and will recommend them to any one looking for a good service at a reasonable cost.
