Taylor and Austin were attentive to their work. I had my house, porch, walkways and patio pressure washed. I did not realize the true color of my porch and I was pleased at the outcome.

I had let my siding "slide" for too long and it really needed to be power-washed. Sparkle Wash did a great job. I am really pleased with how the house looks now.

Very professional and very pleasant people. The office was very helpful and knew aggregate walkway needed special treatment. My water pressure is really bad, but they create their own pressure from equipment on their truck. The guys were especially nice and helpful and cordial to this old lady and good at washing off the splatters on the siding and glass sliders. I would recommend them to anybody, both residential and commercial. Jordan and Cooper were GREAT. And by deck is no longer slippery and looks superb.

Project; Pressure wash exterior of building. Very professional completed job in a timely manner. Showed up as scheduled. Building looks great! Will hire again when needed. I usually don't give 5 stars when rating service of a company. This company deserves all 5 stars.

That seemed ok at first, but then they quoted me with an estimate where they were apparently double-counting one item in the service. When I called to discuss it, they did not acknowledge it, and they kept not answering my question. I would have expected a polite acknowledgment of the problem, perhaps an apology, and a clarification. Instead, the rep was blunt and did not admit the mistake. A couple of days later they emailed me saying they were withdrawing from doing the service. What kind of company does that I am glad they withdrew from the service! Maybe that was their way to acknowledge the mishap. Just a waste of time for me.

The initial call and onsite review of the project was excellent. The crew that came was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They exceeded my expectations. They went around with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. The price quoted was exactly what I was charged. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.
