JOE WAS A LITTLE LATE, HAD TROUBLE GETTING THE RIGHT PARTS, BUT DID FINISH THE JOB TO OUR SATISFACTION. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE HAVE TWO GARAGE DOORS THAT NEEDED SERVICE. ONE HAD A BROKEN SPRING AND THE OTHER HAD A SLIGHTLY BENT TRACK AND THE SPRINGS NEEDED NEW ROLLERS. THE DOOR WITH THE BROKEN SPRING, WE WERE TOLD WOULD NEED TWO SPRINGS - AS THE ONES BEING REPLACED WERE AT LEAST 20 YEARS OLD AND A MATCHED PAIR WAS NEEDED. JOE MOORE, OUR CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN, DID AN 18 POINT SAFETY CHECK AND WENT OVER THE WORK AGREEMENT WITH MY HUSBAND BEFORE HE PROCEEDED.
