They were good. They showed me everything that was wrong with the garage doors. I have two garge doors and they applied both my Big Deals to the overal amount. I would use thma agag.

She used them through a big deal on Angie’s List and the guy who came out did a great job. She was pleased with their service and they were absolutely excellent.

They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They performed the work expeditiously. I did buy some extra services from them to reinforce some of the springs in my garage door. Overall, they were punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. I paid the big deal amount of $99.95 plus $239.

The office staff person was very friendly and professional. Danny called me back in a timely manner and understood what I needed. I had to coordinate his visit with my renter's schedule and this wasn't any problem at all. Danny told me exactly what was wrong with the door, what was needed, and approximately when he'd be able to complete the job. It all went off without a hitch. My renter and I are very happy with this service and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Never responded to my request, via their website, for a price quote. I will purchase elsewhere.

I purchased the $99 Angies list garage door roller replacement and tuneup deal and made an appointment with Precision door. The service technician arrived on time on the scheduled day. My door did not have any safety cable to prevent the spring from flying off in case it ever broke. He advised me that I would need to have those installed, (per their company policy and soon to be building codes), and did the installation of the two safety cables. He diagnosed the bad screeching sound when the door moves to be bad bearings in the pulleys in the lift mechanism. These were replaced along with the roller. I did take a look at the pulleys after he removed them and they were definitely in bad shape. He also explained to me what I need to do as far as maintenance of the door lift system and how often I needed to do it. The pulleys and the safety cable are not part of the Angie's list deal so that is why my price is higher. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the work that was done.

The technician arrived on time and was professional yet friendly. He described what he saw with our garage door and opener and gave me some good advice for keeping it running smoothly between service tune-ups. He replaced the rollers with some upgraded and sealed units which are much quieter than the originals. He also looked at the operation of the door and made a couple of adjustments to align the door properly. The service call was quick, efficient and informative - worth every penny, especially with the Angie's List deal. I plan to use them again myself and recommend them to anyone.

After calling another garage door company on 8/29 who said they woudn't be able to come out until the Tuesday after Labor Day (9/3) I called Precision who could come out the next day in the morning! "Dannie" arrived on between the time slot I was given, and called to let me know he was on his way. After assessing what I needed on what is probably the original garage door from when house was built in 1994 and doing the 25 point safety check--he said I would need two new springs, which I had pretty much figured! But at the cost of $175 each, then he told me all the other parts that really needed replacing also, ie: rollers, cable, drum, bearings and cost of each and would come out to just over $1000!! I was a bit taken aback as not having dealt w/garage door issues in years, I had figured maybe $250 to $400 tops for 2 new springs to be replaced. Then Dannie explained if I went w/the "package" deal, that included replacing all of these parts for $699, I would also have a Lifetime Warranty w/them, which would also be transferrable to new owner should I sell the home. So after all was said and done, with the $49+ call out fee and taxes it came to $818, which I'm still a bit in awe of!! Unfortunately, the week before I had to have a new compressor replaced in my heat pump for total of $2700!!! When it rains it pours! But I was very happy w/the workmanship, his explanations, and was finished within 1 1/2 hour and door was working and sounding great! I really hadn't called many other garage companies in the area for quotes which I usually would do so am still wondering if this price is in the "usual range" for this type of service or a bit higher. Good news is I feel I am set and in great operating order for years to come now!!

Submitted a request on Precision's website on 8/15 and received a call that afternoon from Alex. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Made an appointment for 8/20. Don Miller was our tech. He called 1.5hrs before our scheduled window to ask if he could come early which was great. Don was friendly, courteous and did the job we requested. Total time to do the job was about 20mins. Nice company to do business with.

Ron arrived exactly at the scheduled time and called beforehand to confirm he was on the way. He performed the Big Deal ($99) service as I hoped for. He replaced the old metal garage door rollers with modern nylon (or neoprene) rollers and greased the hinges, tightened fasteners and replaced some screws that had worked loose. The net result is a garage door that now opens and closes smoothly and quietly instead of rattling and shaking. We talked about other possible improvements to the door. Ron noticed that the door was slightly out of balance and offered to re-tension the springs for the cost of 1 hour of labor. I asked him to do that and he completed the job promptly.

Great, will be installing another opener and will use this company in the future.

We have been made to move all our stuff in our garage due to a serious water damage in our house. With our contractors having their own materials, our garage was full of things. The last thing that we wanted was the garage door giving away. Called up Precision Door Services the previous evening and set up the appointment for the next day early morning. Ron was very punctual, called us at 7:50 am and showed up in our house at 8 am sharp. Finished the entire job in the limited space he had. He helped us move our stuff. Believe me, he even had to climb onto our furniture a little. Thankfully we had our door up and running smooth before our other contractor showed up for work. Thanks for the timely work. I could have researched more and spent a half day shopping for a better price but for us time was the key.

See above. Angie's list discount given. Rated cost a B only because all these type of repairs seem too high. Price may be an A if I knew more. 24 hours answering service and scheduling a big plus. Agent offered to send emergency crew immediately at night if needed. If not needed immediately service available early next day or other day as I needed. So, overall excellent customer service.

Dave arrived on time, and got down to business; provided excellent service and value. Pointed out what was causing an occasional popping sound when the door closed. The adjustments, lube and new rollers made it sound like a different door (I can actually hear the motor now!) Completely pleased with the job -he provided me with estimates for possible future service (spring replacement to overhaul to new motor) but didn't try to pressure me into buying more work today.

They only gave an estimate, and they would not think about repairing it. They only wanted to replace the door. I thought the price was very high.

It was an Angie's list Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I added some additional work and applied the offer to some additional hardware and labor so there was an extra charge. The service was done very timely and they told me upfront what my options were and gave me the prices upfront. So I was totally informed and fine with the work that was done.

Excellent work, on time, and very professional. Previous rollers and open was very noisy, there recommendation for replacement and a keypad was perfect. Would definitely use this service again.
