Very professional employee; arrived as advertised. Was surprised that still have squeeking as door goes up/down as removal of that noise was something touted on the big offer. The big deal was a good price but thought it was alittle pricy for addtional cost for replacing weather stripping/seal.

Scheduling was fine and they showed up on time. I thought they did a good job and did the work quickly. They seemed knowledgable and knew what they were doing.

The technician arrived within their promised window. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough review of the garage door and opener. He provided credible recommendations and quickly replaced the bad sensors. Everything works fine now. The only issue I had was the price. It took the tech only 15 minutes to replace the sensors and I was charged $150. Seems pretty high given a pair of sensors run $20 on Amazon.

He came out a week after I purchased the deal. The young man was good. His name was James. He explained what was going on and what he was going to do and what possible repairs I might need in the future. So that was fine. I guess, the quality is fine, nothing has broken.

Wow! Nate was the most professional, and knowledgeable specialist I could have asked for. He did an amazing job from start to finish! He was able to quickly evaluate the necessary repair, and give me 100% confidence that the work would be done right. I couldn't be happier and would definitely work with them again.

Technician Danny arrived on time and completed the garage door inspection and roller replacement in about an hour. He also provided a quote for upgrading/replacing the current opener and door mechanism. Danny did a great job explaining the improvements the new system would provide. I decided not to replace the existing system so he completed the roller replacement and made a minor adjustment to the door opener. The roller replacement itself was a bit harrowing as the method he used to replace the rollers was one of brute force - but in the end the garage door rolls more smoothly now.

The folk shown up a bit late, because he got lost due to entering wrong address into his GPS. He called me to get correct address. We talked briefly about the service. He seemed to know what he is doing, and wrapped the job within the expected time frame. After the service, I don't see much improvement on my garage door's performance, and the doors are still pretty much as noisy as they were.

It was very good. They were very professional. They came and did what I wanted them to do plus a little bit more than I expected so I was very happy with the service they gave me.

Everything went really well. He was punctual, professional, and explained what needed to be done. My garage door works and sounds much better now.

Went fine. Perhaps a bit too slick when after pointing out the additional servicing the doors required, an example of a sheared off metal fly wheels (my term- can;t remember his) pulled form the track. Again, since doors had not been seviced in some years I approved the additional work. Price said to be discounted but as I had no idea what the parts actually cost, found myself a bit over a barrel. Howver, the serviing was semeingly done expertly and efficiently and we are satisified with what we spent.

The gentleman replaced the rollers, etc. , Lubricated and adjusted all the moving parts. These are the work advertised in the Big Deal. He then identified and recommended to replace a pair of mental parts that play an important role in the operation. After agreeing to his recommendation, he replaced the parts.

I needed somebody to help find a replacement lock and handle that had been broken. $300 later for replacement springs and pulleys...on top of the $99 originally paid...for a total service charge of $406...the installer was gone in less than 25 minutes. The door is quieter though. Part of the reason I went along with the extra for springs and pulleys was my need to find a replacement lock and handle for another door. Of course the salesperson promised to check into it and find out where I could get parts, even if he couldn't provide them. They are wood Northwest Door garage doors and I am sure the hardware exists. But I have given up waiting for a return call. Precision probably doesn't have the ability to truly repair everything you might need from a garage door repair company.

Unremarkable, tried to add additional services

Prompt and efficient. Also replaced some light bulbs in garage door light at no extra charge.

Work was done promptly and professionally. I would hire them again.

We had bought our house and discovered the the previous garage door was not installed correctly when it literally cracked in half. We contacted Precision Garage Door about a coupon they had on angieslist for synthetic rollers and inspection. They came out and immediately told us we'd need to either replace the cracked panel or get a new door, which would be about the same price. We had thought this would be the case, so no real surprise there, go with the new door. They offered to apply the $100 we had already paid towards the purchase if we went with them. We setup and ordered. 2 hours later, the office manager called us back and told us he had re-worked the numbers after we got off the phone, and had saved us $300 off the original quote. A week later, they installed the garage door, and everything went well. A few hours after the install, the same office manager called and said that they had originally quoted us for some custom framing that ended up not needing to be done, so he was giving us about $200 back. I had noticed that he had forgotten to credit us the $100 we originally purchased the rollers and inspection with, and mentioned it, he credited that back too. The point of all this is not the price, which was great, but the honesty in which this company does business. I have forgotten names, since it was several months ago, but I have not forgotten the experience, and would use them again without hesitation, and have recommended them various times to other home owners. The service went well and they were extremely quick to call and book an appointment. They tuned our garage door and provided us an estimate to replace the garage door as it is beginning to bow. Unfortunately we cannot spend the money right now to replace it.

Craig arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. After completing his evaluation, making adjustments for proper closures, and the roller exchange he even helped me reset our garage door key pad. You can definitely trust and depend on Precision Garage Door.

Precision Garage Door Service was professional right from my very first contact with them. Scheduling was quick and easy and they were able to get someone out on a date and a time that would be convenient for us as well. And Craig, the technician, did a FABULOUS job!! He was honest, upfront and very knowledgeable. We needed to purchase a few extra rollers because our door needed 14 instead of 10, but the cost to do that while he was there was certainly very reasonable, and the door runs sooooooo much quieter now!!! All in All very good, didn't try to "sell me" on anything above and beyond. arrived on time.

On time, polite, efficient.

It was a comprehensive door inspection but the only thing included in the price was roller replacement. Although a lot of services were listed on the certificate, they were all inspect, no other services were included. It was a pretty non-stop litany of things I should do to the garage door. However when he suggested I needed new springs that were just replaced a couple of years ago I became suspicious. I did have him replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door because the existing stripping was beginning to deteriorate. However the new weather stripping was inferior to the installed stripping and failed to completely seal the door bottom. In the end I got an invoice/receipt that was completely unintelligible.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. it went very good. It was excellent. I used it shortly after I purchased the deal. They were very good and very responsive. I would recommend them to anybody.
