Very well: service technician was on time; knowledgeable; and complete his work in a timely manner.

Technician Dale Robbins came out on time, Dale was very professional and great at his job. He replaced the spring then did a step by step review of the door and the opener. The total charge was very reasonable with no extra charges All in all I would not hesitate to use Precision door again in the future requesting Dale for our technician.

They showed up on time and they did exactly what we wanted them to do.

I was very impressed by Danny Pe?a's willingness to fix the problem and not upsell me on any unnecessary services. He offered services I might be interested in at the end of his visit but he did not try to scare me into thinking I needed to have those services done. The company has a lot of integrity and attention to great customer service.

punctual Ben was very a nice professional. he was dressed well and made the effort to keep contents in the garage protected from oil and debris. He listened and answered my questions. The doors work super smoothly now i'm very pleased. He explained that when you don't have the cables balanced, you stress/wear out the motor prematurely He did have a bit of trouble pricing things on the company lap top but I got it straightened out later

Precision Garage Door is an AMAZING company to work with. Do NOT look any further! We were selling our home, and the buyer requested that all 4 springs in our garage doors be replaced. We called and were able to make an appointment on a Sunday (amazing) for the very next day. Nate Hall and Dale showed up right on time. They took about 10 minutes to look at the doors and then provided us with 3 different tiered pricing options depending on what we wanted done. They explained each option clearly and concisely without any pressure. Once we decided what work we wanted done, they were finished before we knew it! The doors worked SO smoothly, as the parts Precision uses are top-notch quality. At a time when we needed quick, good work done, we could not believe that we got this level of service in less than a 24-hour turnaround time. We would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be calling them again in the future if we need our garage doors serviced! Two thumbs up!

Springs on original builder's grade system broke, was able to schedule Precision Door to come out that same weekend. They arrived on time and provided lots of different options and suggestions. I was able to easily choose the package and components I wanted and they replaced everything within a couple hours! Very happy with the work performed.

It went very well. I was able to get a tech out in two days, with a two hour window. 8-10 on a Friday. Friday morning, Ben gave me a call to let me know he was on his way, and expected to be here at about 8:30. I love that they called at the beginning of the service window to give an updated estimate of arrival. Ben arrived at 8:30, and took a look at the door. He was very pleasant and after a few minutes gave me an overview of my options. He laid out the costs for a basic tune up, and recommended I update the wheels. No surprise there; they were obviously quite old. He warned that it was a bit expensive, and I could maybe let them go a bit longer, but I shouldn't expect too much more life out of the ones I had. He also pointed out that my opener was quite old, and that I should "be ready" to replace it in the future. Ben provided a few quotes so I have them when the time comes. No pressure, and very reasonable about what "needed" doing, and what was optional. Ben finished up the work quickly, and I was very happy with the result. The door opener was DRAMATICALLY less noisy, and closed flush, which I wasn't able to do with my manual tuning and puttering with the door. They also have a special Angie's List discount of 15%, which doesn't hurt eitehr.

Went onto Angie's List this morning around 8:30 a.m. when my garage door spring failed and the door would not open. Noticed Precision Door Service had a $233 Garage Door Double Spring Repair offer. Since I couldn't get my car out of the garage and didn't want to make an appointment for the next day, I called the number on the coupon and was able to get an appointment for today (due to a cancellation) between 1 - 4 p.m. I was told that the technician would call when he was in range. The Customer Service lady scheduling my appointment was so polite and helpful. As promised, Danny called me at 2:15 p.m. and said he was approximately 1/2 hr to 45 minutes away. He arrived at 2:45 p.m. Danny was polite, was very professional and went straight to assessing the situation. I told him I'd had my garage door "tuned up" and the rollers replaced but it was 27 yrs. old, had seen better days and was definitely in need of being replaced...so asked him what his company had to offer that was reasonable. This is when most repairmen go into their "high pressure sales mode"...but Danny was not like that at all. I looked at a brochure showing the very wide selection of doors and decorative options available, was pleasantly surprised at the affordability and the warranty this company offered and I decided to order a new garage door. Then Danny went about repairing my broken spring so I'd have use of my garage door. I am supposed to receive a call by this Friday to let me know when the door will be available and to schedule for the installation. If the installer is anything like Danny, I know I will be one happy customer and will not hesitate to recommend others to Precision Door Service!

Very happy with service. The door is much smoother and quieter. He fixed the mechanism, lubricated the track, and was free with advice at the asking. I needed another remote and went ahead an bought one from him which cost me another $60 on top of the Angies list deal of $49 for the tune up. Also, this was on a Sunday which was nice.

Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, and cooperative every step of the way. In addition, he was very friendly, while laying-out the exact costs beforehand on several work alternatives. His attention to detail was second-to-none among all of the contractors we have hired in the past. Overall, extremely satisfied the way the job went from start-to-finish.

The technician did a very nice job - particularly since we missed that the deal was for 2 springs - he made it worth our while. I'm never a fan of the "up sell" part of a transaction but he presented the options possible, and didn't push for the higher cost options, which I appreciated.

he educated me about the door mechanisms and how to take care of them and showed me where things were starting to fail. we got everything working again and now i have a good sense of what needs to be done to repair or replace the door mechanisms.

They replaced my opener with one of their Precision PDS370. Their service was great! They showed up on time. I was really happy with the service. They disposed of all the trash.

Our garage door was not closing but we couldn’t find anything blocking it. We pulled the cable to allow it to close manually but were still unable to close it. Then we noticed the cables were off the spools. I called Precision Door and they scheduled Nate to come out today between 2-4pm. Nate called at around 1pm to ask if he could come early and I agreed happily. He arrived around 1:30 and got to work. He was wonderfully pleasant and professional and clear. He quickly fixed the problem and then tuned and lubed both doors. He was very clear about what he was going to do, what he did, and how much it was going to cost up-front. He even let me use a coupon even though I'm not sure it was applicable to the work he did. He was done and gone by 2:30pm. Total spent $232.49 including tax. I would definitely use them again (although I hope I don’t have to.)

After it was repaired and NATE had left I noticed a slight space between the rubber molding on the side of the door. I called NATE and told him about it. He came all the way back within an 1-1/2 hours and adjusted it. All with a smile. It works great again and is so quiet. This is the second time I have used Precision Door Services and would use them again. I would also ask if NATE could help. I am a very happy customer

When I called on 4/21/16 to make the appointment I was told the tech was available between 10 AM and Noon on 4/22/16. The tech called me at 8:30 AM on 4/22/16 to say he was running ahead of schedule, and asked if he could come at 9:20 AM. The tech arrived and did the work efficiently, and attached the bracket I supplied to the door. He adjusted the travel arm to ensure smooth opening and closing of the door, and replaced the garage door deadbolt he supplied at a cost of $35. The tech completed the service in 40 minutes. When I called to make the appointment I was told the trip charge and door inspection was $50. They did not mention any other costs over the phone. When the tech arrived he told me there was a $90 labor charge for the first hour, and that service was billed in one hour increments. When the tech presented the bill there was a charge for supplies and fuel for $10. Since I had already incurred the trip charge, and I supplied the bracket he installed, I objected to the supply and fuel charge, and the tech told me "He was just the employee, not the company". When I told the tech this charge would deter me from using Precision Door Service in the future, he said he would remove the charge. I think the attempt to bill me $10 for parts and fuel on top of the $50 charge to arrive at the residence was usurious. When I called to make the appointment the customer service rep should have informed me of the $90 one hour minimum labor charge at the same time they informed me of the $50 trip fee.

I bought a home late last year, which was built in 2007 and had a now discontinued Wayne Dalton iDrive opener. Late on a Wednesday night, the spring and drive failed. I contacted Precison at 3pm Thursday, hoping to perhaps have someone come by Friday to look at it. Ben was at my house by 5:30pm that day. He was very familiar with the iDrive system, which is impossible to find parts for (I researched this before I called them). He went over my replacement options, pros/cons/cost/etc. Once I gave him the go ahead, he got right to it and worked past 10pm until the new belt drive system was totally up and running. He even hauled away the broken system, went over all the new features with me, and worked around our cluttered garage with no complaints. The new hardware is beautiful, smooth, quiet, and works like a dream. Precison is clearly a top notch organization from Melissa answering the phone like a friendly pro to Ben who is a total rock star in the field. Highly recommend! I unfortunately neglected to mention Angie's list and missed out on a 15% discount.

My questions were answered and I felt confident in selecting them. Nate our Technician gave us a pre-call, arrived om time and had our garage door up and working 45 minutes later! Excellent service. The workmanship and professionalism were superior. They were very thorough, and they did an excellent job with the installation. We had to call back a couple of times due to issues like noise, and they were always "Johnny-on-the-spot", coming right back to solve any necessary issues. We were incredibly happy with them. I'm tough. If they can work for me, they can work for anyone.

I purchased the special on Angie's list for this service. It covered exactly what I needed as the door was starting to run a little rough. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the representative gave me three options for the next day! The technician, Nate H., called me prior to his arrival and got right to work. He was very friendly, professional and competent. He asked good questions to understand my concerns with the door. He adjusted the door spring and the garage door opener travel, lubed every hinge and the door opener rail, tightened the bolts on the garage door rails and checked the final operation with several cycles. The door operation was noticeably smoother and quieter! There was no pressure to buy anything beyond the work I had asked for. This is my second experience with this company and I will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

It seemed okay at the beginning- and door worked for about a month. Then, back to the problem we originally called them for- which was that the door would not open. Precision wanted to charge $90 to come out to see the problem, even though we had paid for the extended warranty and were guaranteed service for free. They came out and the guy said the previous installer had put in a spring that was way too small and he was surprised the door lasted the month and half that it did. So, he replaced the springs. Did not charge the $90. Now, 6 months later, the door is not opening again. We have to call to find out when someone can come out and fix this mess again. I am not happy with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. The best thing they do is try to up sell.
