Job went great, Ben and Spencer we're punctual, professional and thorough. I was apprehensive on all the work needed at first, but once they pointed out things like the cable was splitting (scary when you have kids) I opted to go the safest route and the job that offered the lifetime warranty. I have two double garage doors and they essentially replaced all but the doors themselves. They were here for a good 4 hours of hard work but they were thorough and went above and beyond. I would recommend this company and highly recommend Ben and Spencer.

My garage door needs some repairment. They sent a guy for estimation, but never heard anything back from him, did call them couple days later, and the guy answered the phone guaranteed they will respond, but I still nothing happened since then.

The Precision Door Service agent found that the springs were aged and getting worn (close to average life for springs) so I authorized to have the springs replaced. Also the mechanism for the opener had not been installed correctly - - he corrected and realigned the door. His estimate for the time to do the work was accurate and took less than an hour. Works great now.

Fine, but had to make two visits as we picked up neighbor's remote signal by accident!

Overall I am pleased with the service we got. We have a heavy wooden multiple panel 2 car garage door and the technician made sure everything operated smoothly before calling the job complete. They initially installed 2 springs and the door was off balance so he had to remove one and change the spring out for a bigger one on one side for things to properly balance. I'm glad they didn't just install the same spring sizes that were previously installed on the door.

Great experience! Ben and his partner arrived promptly, were friendly, professional and fast. They clearly know exactly what they're doing and had great tips to reduce wear and improve performance. My door was significantly quieter after their tune-up and they gave some helpful recommendations for future options without any hard sell. They earned our future business.

Pros: They got us in very quickly, showed up on time, and did what appears to be excellent work. We are pleased and would use them again. Cons: The technician pointed to extra work that he said was required, giving an estimate of $500. That seemed excessive and the extra costs actually exceeded $600. We could get a new GDO, installed, for far less than that.

The new motor was installed expeditiously, faster than I expected, and his explanation of the new system was comprehensive. Precision Door seems like a very reliable company with excellent service.

Dana Reed was excellent when he came out to give us an estimate. He and the office staff worked in a timely manner to complete our order and make sure it was correct. Jeff was our installer and had all doors and opener installed in less time than expected. Very professional company and staff.
