We had a really great experience. Erica the sales manager came to our home and explained the entire process, measured our house and had a bid to us within 1 hour. Erica kept us informed throughout the process about when crews were coming and what to expect. We had the same crew for each or the jobs, pressure washing, caulking and then the painting. The crew took great care with our house and our flowerbeds. Erica also offered 4 free paint samples to try plus an early payment discount on labor if you accepted the bid in so many days. The house looks great! Any future painting jobs that come along Iâ m calling Erica at Five Star.

I really enjoyed working with Homer and his team. They were professional, high quality and accommodating.

I hired Romero to paint for me at my previous house, they did a good me so I wanted them to give me an estimate for reseal the hard wood floor and paint at another home, I gave him a key to measure and that was the last time I heard from him, now I can not get my key back and they will not return my calls

They seemed to hurry and did a bad interior painting job. They dropped lots of paint droplets on my hard wood flooring.

Quality work. Polite and easy to work with. Subcontracted person to add molding to ceiling I wanted done, taking the burden off me to find someone. Completed project on time and in less time than any other of my painting quotes. Helped with moving a lot of my furniture including bed and piano which was important to us and most painting contractors won t do. Would definitely hire again.

Our house looks beautiful and we are really happy with the job they did! All surfaces are completely covered with no missed spots and very clean lines. During the project we asked them to change the color of the roof vents which they had already painted. They made change right away no questions asked. Homer responds quickly to all questions. Painters showed up on time every day.

Five star painting did fantastic job on exterior painting of my house. Homero was very responsive and honest to all our inquiries and question. The painters were coming to work as scheduled and were very professional. It was very smooth and pleasant experience to have house painted by Five Star Painting.

I went with them because they were very professional. Everything was clean. Did a walk through. Our house was pretty dirty but the power was worked great. They did not mention that the rest of the payment was due in full after the work was completed, but it was not an issue. They also were super loud while painting, constantly yelling and singing loudly. It would not have been an issue if it wasn't 7 or 8am with neighbors nearby and while I was working from home in meetings.

Homero and his guys are fantastic! They were polite, professional, and most importantly they are great painters from the prep work through the clean up. Out house looks beautiful. I would definitely use them again.

Crew did a fantastic job. The quality of the job was excellent. The team really took pride in doing good work and made sure I was satisfied (the crew only). However, there were a number of scheduling delays. I found out later from the crew that the owner of the company would tell me one thing and the crew something else basically jerking us both around. We were delayed almost 2 weeks and I had to call and text daily to find out what was going on. Owner was never proactive in updating me, never bothered to come over to conduct a final walk through, had me pay one of the guys from the crew, and never bothered to call to check in or ask how we liked the work. $8k paint job and zero customer service. I will never ask this company to come back for future work and will not recommend them to anyone!
