Quick service, friendly technician. Their interoffice communication need improvement. Overall, we're very happy with the results.

On time, thought outside the box, quoted several projects for my consideration with pros and cons, and recommended priorities, pointed out work I didn’t need, didn’t try to upsell me.

Very professional and friendly. Had them come and look at a sewage ejector system that was constantly running. He suggested that it might simply be dry (house was just bought and has been vacant for a month) and to run the tap for a while to fill/flush the system a few times. While we were waiting, he spent the time to explain the system, go over its parts and their function, and offered a pamphlet on a preventative maintenance service. Did not try to sell me on unneeded repairs and did not charge me anything for the visit. Very happy / relieved with the outcome and will not hesitate to use Harts in the future.

Had a pressure regulator installed. Total was about $1050. Crew was friendly, courteous, and unobtrusive.

I had a leaking toilet flange that I was sealing. They came out on Wednesday, did an inspection, and found this to be the case. It would entail cutting a hole in the ceiling of the room directly below the toilet. It could not be done on that Wednesday because we had to move my grandson out of that room. We made an agreement to come back on Friday at 9am. He did not show up on Friday until I called Harts and complained. They finally got their acts together, and he came around 1pm. The toilet and leak were fixed in 2hrs roughly. They did a good job. However, the excuse given was that the computers were down, so the technicians schedule was all messed up. I have heard this particular excuse quite a few times in the past. This was not a cheap fix.

Fast, thorough, and honest

Maurice did excellent work but the company was not helpful. I called them on a Thursday, They finally sent Maurice at 4:00 on Friday who drained the tank because it was leaking but then I was without hot water for the weekend. Monday Maurice came back and installed the new tank. The value of his work is excellent, but the company's scheduling and service was substandard.

Timely and as promised!

He said he did the mail water line installs of filters. Now that I think of it, I don't know if he put on the shower on/off nob. We have to purchase and install a new breaker for the well turn on/off. And then the water problem should be back to and surpass normal.
