They are a bit high on the price for labor and repairs. They do have great service though we had some scheduling mess-ups that was quickly resolved and they were able to come out later that day still. They were fast when it came to repairs and so far it is working. Would recommend it for people who have radiant heat issues. Very professional and very informative. They knew what they were doing.

I originally was just hiring them to install a new gas line for a gas range during a kitchen remodel. After talking with their sales rep, I decided to have them replace all the old iron plumbing in the kitchen and a bathroom and plumb the kitchen for the remodel. The crew showed up on time and did fantastic work. There was too much work for the crew to get done in one day so they returned the following day to complete the job. They made sure I had working plumbing in the bathroom before leaving on the first day. They were at all times, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The crew was careful about laying down drop-clothes during work and cleaned up after their work was complete. All the work done was fantastic and they worked with me to ensure the kitchen plumbing install was as I wanted it to be done. The crew that serviced this contract just simply went above and beyond! This company may be a little more expensive than might be quoted by others but it was worth every cent! You get what you pay for, and if you want the best, then this company is who you want to go with!

If there was a 5+, I'd give it. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The tech that came out took care to explain the major work that needed to be done. He carefully took care of what he could until this major work could start. Then the workers that did the work were very helpful to make sure I knew exactly what they were going to do before they started. They went above and beyond what they could have stopped at, even fixing a small problem they caused, but of which they could have simply walked away from. I would go with Harts Services again any time I needed plumbing help.

They were on time, curious and completed the job in about 25 minutes. Everything is still working great. They very reasonable with their rates too.

Professional, helpful, gave me good maintenance advice to keep hot water in good working condition. Didn't realize we are supposed to release pressure valve on a regular basis: did you?

Could have work completed as new parts were needed electrical would be needed first.

Excellent service and incredible customer service but definitely be prepared to pay for it. They are definitely not cheap but you will get great service.

I payed $4k for them to start connecting my sewer on about Aug. 22. When I called them on Sept 1 to see if they had ordered a needed part to get started, they said they had not got my check yet. The next day they said, *oh we just got it in the mail*. Really? Now it is Sept 8 and they still have not contacted me to say they are ready to start. Their sewer guy is very knowledgeable, but I think their office is confused.
