THE RESTORATION SOLUTION

This project got off on the wrong foot on the first day when the workers showed up at our house not knowing what to do. Mark eventually came by and we got into an argument about where our furniture would be stored during this project. Throughout the project, the timeline was constantly changing and workers were pulled off this job to do other jobs. It was finished in time, but the work was very sloppy and I have had to pay other contractors to fix the sloppy work (I do not want Restoration Solution employees in my house, even to attempt to fix the problems). When the workers thought the job was finished, I sent a list of 38 items that had not been completed. They worked on this list, but at the end of the project, I felt beaten down and instead of getting the job finished to my expectations, I just paid the bill so they would go away. During the course of the project, I had other contractors working in my house and two of them told me I shouldn't allow the "drunk guy" to continue to work in my house. Yelling and intimidation were commonly used during this project. My house endured a lot of unnecessary damage due to sloppy work and unqualified employees, e.g., a cleaning person was responsible for painting and an electrician was responsible for installing tile in one bathroom. I have used this contractor before and been happy with their work, but this time there was a different crew than the one I had worked with before and the knowledge, expertise and quality of work wasn't what we had received in the past.
