Fantastic! These Ladies were professional, friendly, and worked tirelessly to get our home polished and shining. Would hire them again in a heartbeat, and am hoping they will be able to clean for us regularly in our new home.

The company was gracious and responsive. They asked good questions about what level of cleaning was needed and sent two hard workers. The team did a terrific job cleaning the shower - which was in awful shape. They also cleaned the kitchen, and rest of the bathroom. I would give them a solid B+ on the rest of the work. Some details were missed, but overall they did well. I would definitely re-hire.

Sparkle & Shine! So happy to have Freedom Cleaners come to our home. Rachel was very friendly and professional through communication and in person. They showed up on time and got the job done in the amount of time agreed on. I appreciated they were willing to work with me even though I only need certain areas completed. They worked worked diligently the entire time and were very knowledgeable. Freedom Cleaners did a spectacular job!

I completely trust the staff. They do exactly what I want them to do, since I am very specific. They use really good products, that are not overly smelly with the fumes. The service that they provide, is very in line with what I am paying for. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The teams they send out are always very friendly and professional when cleaning. They are extremely detail oriented which I love! You can actually see a difference after they finish the job. Everything smells fresh and shines! My favorite day of the week by far! My kitchen and bathrooms look amazing! See attached photos! What a great job done! Definitely recommend to family and friends!

Rachel has been working for us since 2004, when the company she was cleaning for at the time sent her to help us get the house cleaned for our daughter's fourth birhtday party. We loved her the first time we met her. After a few years she left that company and started Freedom Cleaners, and for contractual reasons we had to wait a few months before we could hire her directly. We tried a few other cleaners in the meantime but decided we would rather clean our own house until we could hire Rachel again. Even when our income dropped due to the job market, we continued to work with her so we wouldn't lose our slot.
Rachel comes every two weeks. Now that her business has grown she usually has 1-2 people coming with her, but we trust her and she has had our house key from the beginning. The first few times we left notes about what we wanted done, but now she just knows what to do. She cleans our house the way we would if we had time to clean it ourselves. We supply the cleaning equipment and supplies, which I prefer.
Rachel is bright, articulate, and a joy to work with. She is polite and considerate and very trustworthy. On cleaning day when I come home, I revel in the "oh, Rachel and her crew have been here" feeling.
