We purchased a large chandelier for our entry. Denin at Crescent lighting helped us select the size and color based on a picture that we had. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the chandelier with some damage. Denin immediately got a replacement chandelier, which was unexpected because of the price of this light ($5000). The installation was challenging and the electricians I hired were not able to install the chandelier the first time due to another manufacturer defect. I have to hire the electricians again to hang the chandelier, at an additional cost. Denin worked with the manufacturer to get me a refund for the unsuccessful installation ($978 cost). The took a while to accomplish, but Denin hung in there for several weeks until I got my refund. The chandelier is beautiful.

We did a full house remodel and our general contractor hired a lighting designer with Crescent Lighting in Fife to design a plan and provide all the fixtures. With input and help from many, most of it turned out well, however, the master bathroom lighting is poor. The designer at Crescent agreed initially that the result was bad and assured me that the problem would be resolved. I trusted that promise and let the resolution slide as we all have busy lives. They now refuse to resolve the issue or even provide information to help us resolve it elsewhere. I'd strongly suggest working with a different lighting company. The people at Crescent can't be trusted.
Description of Work: Designed a poor bathroom lighting plan and then refused to try and fix the problem.

The lighting I ordered came in weeks late and during this time I had a minor house flood and decided to return the lighting and use that money towards the flood. My refund took months and I was charged a large return/restocking fee not previously divulged to me.

It was a very positive experience from the moment I walked through there doors at their store. I felt calm and reassured that I might finally be able to order the parts and know they'd arrive on time.
Description of Work: I arrived at their store with a list of gang plates and dimmers in a non-stock color that I needed to have delivered in about a week and 1/2. These items were scheduled to be installed in our kitchen remodel and I had run out of time. Thomas was wonderful and helpful and answered any doubts I still had about which parts I should be ordering and he placed my order that afternoon explaining I could pay a small extra fee and have them with a guaranteed arrival! How wonderful! Great customer service! And they did arrive as scheduled. Below I chose a "B" for price as I did not have time to check prices elsewhere.
