I have been a customer with Sensky lawn service for several years. But you never know when things can go south. Just be careful. They are NOT the top rated lawn company out there. On April 3, we had service done to our lawn, as we typically do each year. However it soon became apparent that a large patch of lawn was severely burned. So much so, that to this day, it is the worst part of our lawn’s view. When I informed the company about this, they came out and looked at it and said, “well it will grow back.“ And then they “graciously” said they wouldn’t charge us for that service. And they fertilized again. That was the last I heard from the company. And that was the extent of their customer service, even though this has been the worst experience of lawn fertilization that I have ever had. I wish I could add pictures here to show you the severity of this. At this point, more needs to be done on their part since the lawn is not “just growing back”: Sod replacement, landscape, or other discounted repatriation for destroying the lawn. If you’re debating going with Senske, email me and I will send you pictures of their work. Kharward53@gmail.com
