I have an old garage door which has given me troubles for ages. Bending on one side, cable not aligned etc. I could either spend a weekend to try to fix it myself or find the help of a pro. I scheduled a quote through HomeAdvisor. The planned date for the visit was Thursday (today it's Sunday). After 10 minutes I received a call from Dan and he offered to come same day. Very professional, told me sometime adjustments won't work and if they didn't he would not charge me. He did the adjustments up to point of satisfaction, in less than a hour, at a very competitive price. Excellent job and very nice professional to deal with. Thanks Dan!

Dan was great!!! We moved into this house about a year ago and have found the two garage doors to have all kinds of problems. They were fairly inexpensive doors and appear to have been installed poorly, not aligned or weighted properly. One became completely non-functional. Dan was prompt to respond to the call, very accommodating to set up an appointment, and showed up in time when expected. He went above and beyond on repairing our garage doors!! Gave us options and never tried to persuade us into 'needing' better new doors. He gave us a quote on the work, and even though he spent more time than estimated making sure our doors were working well, he didn't change his quote. He even had to come back a second time to install a new gasket and re-tuned both doors to his and our satisfaction. He's a perfectionist for sure and I'd recommend him to anyone with garage door issues!! Our doors went from nightmare - to a dream! Thanks Dan!!
