My new glasses were ready in about a week. I wore the glasses while on vacation and noticed that my distance vision was distorted, so I was re-examined by my ophthalmologist who adjusted the prescription. I returned to Costco, and they replaced the glasses at no additional cost. However, the adjustment was still incorrect: I continued to have problems with distance vision. So, again, I returned to the ophthalmologist's office, but this time, I saw the optometrist (again at no additional cost). The third time was a charm: The correction worked!

I will continue to use Costco's optical center. In fact, my husband just picked up his new glasses and is pleased with their work.

service was good and the price was great. will probably go with a higher quality of tire the next go around. but will most likely go back again.

We received a call the date that Costco promised the tires would be in. Installation of the tires was a breeze.

Making the appointment was quick and easy. The actual exam was on-time, basic but complete, and the optometrist was very personable and was willing to answer all my questions. You report in to the desk and wait a few minutes, go into a traditional looking office with all of the modern equipment. Following the exam you are referred to the adjacent office to make payment. You may take advantage of the optical service at the same location or take your prescription with you or have the optician of your choice call for the Rx.

Frames were in the mid to lower cost categories but at excellent value. My long distance and computer frames and lenses have performed well. The opticians are also excellent and the follow up service such as frame adjustment or repair is at no charge. Frames with lenses take about 10 days to be returned to the store where you are then fitted. The folks are very experienced and friendly. I recommend this service.

It will be two weeks before I receive the glasses and have them fitted. Costco Optical does reasonable prices. My experience with the people there was fine. The young man who waited on me and did measurements was very pleasant and competent. I don't have anything to go on quality yet.

Costco's eye center was convenient and their services were good. I would use them again in the future.

Their prices are excellent. Their service is fast. I highly recommend them. I didn't get my eyes tested there. I paid about $90 for the same thing with another provider. Costco don't bill insurance and that's the only downside of them. They told me that it would be there in seven days but I got them in three days. They are great for service, if we need adjustments on our frames. They are very helpful.

We are very happy with them. It's been rated to be the least expensive with good quality in the whole area.

received a call four days later that my glasses were in. I went down, best not to go I already had a prescription. If I had it to do over again I would have went to Costco for my eye exam like I did about 10 years ago. I just started looking around at the frames as they has customers they were waiting on. I liked the fact that the glasses were all priced so I didn't have to ask or wonder if it was out of my budget. I picked out about 6 frames then I sat down to look at each one in a mirror, they had a break in customers and I asked th lady which one she thought looked best on me as I had it narrowed down to 2, she liked the same onle I did, I asked her for the total pice as I had asked a few days before about the cost. She was very helpful and told me it would take 7 about 7-10 days and she gave me the recipt so I could also send it to my Medicare Advantage Insurance. They were great and really surprised when i received a call 4 days later that they were in. I went don on Sat. not a good day as they were busy. I would suggest a weekday. Anyway the person spent time getting mine adjusted correctly and I love them and their personal, they were great. My next exam and glass will definitely go back to Costco.

The service was incredible. The delivery was so impressive. I didn't know they did staging. It costs $25000 as we got it in on sale; it was a bedroom set and a mattress. Everything was delivered and set up. Every piece of plastic was removed, even the little ones and it was amazing. They are professional and delivered it early. It was perfect service. It wasn't staging, it was a bedroom set as well as mattress. I was really impressed.

They are local and I have had good luck with them before. I rate them highly and I would use them in the future.

They have a optical place that is highly recommended and the least price for glasses you can possibly buy. You can't beat their prices, it's terrific. They pay attention to detailing and they you keep going back until you're totally satisfied. I give them high ratings and will continue to go there in the future.

You can get good value for money. They have a wide range of stuffs.

I usually hesitate to use a big-box store but I was very happy with Costco. I would use them again in the future. I think their price was substantial. It was about a $400 lesser than another place here. It was actually two windows; I just had to do my bedroom. They had what I wanted and it was of very good quality. What I bought was expensive windows. It came to $1125 for two windows. They had blackout shades so it was the most expensive ones that one can get. The lady that came out from Costco took a lot of time to explain things to me. She was just great; friendly and very professional. I needed some information because I had something specific in mind and she explained to me the differences and also gave me some good advice.

Everything went fine. You just pick it up off of the shelf and pay for it. I liked the price and I trust Costco.
