I purchased gutter cleaning and never heard from the company to confirm any of the appointment times I requested. I ended up asking for a refund.

Once I finally got ahold of them, things went well.

The company was very accommodating, on time, and the end result was excellent.

What an absolutely fabulous experience! They did such a great job. I still have to check to see if there is actually glass in the windows! I will have them back! My home had a total of 35 panes on 2 floors plus the storm door and they are all spotless. Great job!

No response from vendor. Called him today (6/8/2017) and got his answering service. Left a message with my name and number (gave phone # twice). Instead of calling the number I had left, he called the number I called from (a work phone). Of course the woman who answered had no idea who the vendor was or why he was calling. He was rude to her, complained about people leaving messages and that he didn't have time to listen to them. Rude out of the chute like this means problems down the road. Didn't bother calling him back, just cancelled the purchase.

No one from the contracting company ever responded

No one ever contacted me. I originally set up a couple of dates for them to come out when I made the purchase but I never heard from them. When I buy and there are appt times to choose from, the next step would be for the business to confirm with the customer. I will not follow up with a call. I had Angie's List contact them and they were supposed to get in touch with me. They never did. Finally asked for a refund.

I wish to remove my previous negative review of Blue Vase Services. They honored my coupon to my delight and did an excellent job cleaning the windows. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, upstanding, and professional workers. If I could remove my previous review, I would. Maybe Angie's List will remove it after reading this review.

The appointment was a little further out than normal because they were running a special price. The owner called me back within a couple days to schedule the appointment. On the day of the aapointment, they called to say they had been delayed by 20 minutes because of traffic but that was fine because I really appreciated the call and being kept in the loop. They arrived and had all the equipment they needed. They immediately went to work and did an excellent job. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Also asked me why I chose them instead of the many others on Angies List which I really appreciated.

went well despite scheduling issues

Purchased a coupon on Angies List and provide contact information. I made several attempts to contact the company and never received a response back.

Great. Windows sparkle and Jonathan was a fine fellow.

Had trouble arranging a time that was mutually convenient, but once started, the work went quickly and very well. Would definitely hire Blue Vase again to clean our windows.

We needed to reschedule and all was done without a hitch.

The service provider never set up a time to come by and they did not respond to my phone calls. I called angies list and asked for a refund.

I bought an Angie's List deal for window cleaning for 15 windows for $99 back in October. When I purchased it, I had the option to schedule later, which I selected. When I was ready to schedule in late March, I emailed the company. With no response after a week, I forwarded the Angie's List email with the details of the purchase. Three more days passed with no response so I called. It went to a voicemail that was full so I couldn't leave a message. I tried texting that night and now three days later, still nothing and I think my offer has now expired!

Person who put up the lights appeard to be under the influence of something. Left a string of lights lying out in the yard. The connections he used were not as they should have been; we had outlets available on each side of the house. We ended up having an extension cord crossing the door out to our deck. We had to re-do the connections.

I fully intend to hire these folks again. Excellent work and excellent customer relations.
