About us

Blue Vase Window Cleaners was founded July 1993 merely as a summer job until I found the right position. Somehow the work seemed easy and the customers are all so friendly and are always so pleased that I just continued. The business was named for theme from the book “The Go Getter” by Peter B. Kyne. The Blue Vase name has helped me keep my tongue on one occation with an upset client, who had lost her 20+ year position with a major airline because she didn’t want to uproot her family to transfer, which caused me to be invited to stay for dinner. The story speaks for itself. We always strive to please our customers, not merely satisfy but please, by going the extra mile, giving a little bit more.

Description of Work: Blue Vase performed cleaning of windows outside and inside. There were some difficult to reach windows we agreed not to include. I will likely have them back in the early spring to do a cleaning that includes them. Also, since I have very high ceilings, I will probably use them to do some changing of smoke detector batteries using their tall ladders.

Description of Work: purchased deal to clean interior and exterior of windows prior to house going on market. They did a good job on the actual windows, but did NOT wash the tracks at all. I had inquired about this during scheduling and because it stated on the deal, and was told they did the exposed track but not the unexposed without additional cost. that was fine. However, they didn't do the tracks and when I had to go back to clean them, it of course made mess on the clean windows. oh well.
