Description of Work: They cleaned all of my windows and per telephonic conversations with the owner they were also going to remove some paint on outside window frame. Unfortunately the gentleman that came to do the work did not know about this addition so he did not have the necessary supplies. Attempted to reschedule but time differences were too much. The work they did do was great and the gentleman that showed was very polite.

Description of Work: He put up my Christmas lights. It was partly my fault but Angie's List is to blame as well. Restrictions, only 100ft. but he gave me a break. Not going to take them down. Some string he had to use a staple gun to keep the string up. Now you're offering another deal for someone to come out and take my lights down which I thought he was going to do. Got lots of complements on how beauty and nicely done with the lights but I blame Angie's list for leaving fine print in instead of making sure all the details were as big as the "package". I have no idea how I'm going to get the lights down but even if it kills me to do it, I'm not spending anymore money
