Description of Work: He did not complete the work. The deal was to clean the gutters he said they did not need cleaning but they in fact did. He did not get rid of all the Moss. he will not return calls or texts or emails. He left me a supplemental Bill and I will not pay until he comes back to finish the job.

Description of Work: Cleaned debris from all my gutters. Cleaned excess debris from roof. Applied zinc powder for moss treatment. Removed and hauled away all debris from my residence. Jeff Carter kept in constant contact with me through every phase of the work request. Excellent service.

Description of Work: The company was scheduling a month and a half out. Then the owner Jeff called the day before they were to come out to reschedule because they wouldn't have time to fit me in the day they had previously scheduled me on. I was pleased with the friendly and professional service by Jeff. He cleaned and removed moss from our roof. Also said if it came back within a year, he would come back out to remove, which is great. Gutters were cleaned. He even repaired a water leak with his supplies from a gutter drain and a made a small repair to our roof. We were very happy with the service provided. The only thing I didn't like was when they said on the description of this product sold on Angie's list that they would clean up all debris from roof cleaning, I didn't realize that means use a blower to blow all debris including lots of moss into our yard and flower beds. Wish it could of been collected and deposed of rather than having to go rake and pick it all up ourselves. Other than that we were happy with service and would hire again!
