I had purchased a deal for $99 to clean the windows in my house on 2/24/2015. After speaking with Jeff, the owner, I realized that I had more windows than were included with the deal and purchased another deal that was offered for $135 to clean 25 window panes. Angie's list promptly refunded the original $99 deal. Blue Vase was booked until the end of March, my schedule was tight as well so we booked the appointment for 4/3/2015 arriving between 4-5pm. Jeff called about 2 hours before the scheduled arrival to say that a previous appt. was taking longer than expected. He asked if he could come closer to 6, when I asked how long the apt might take, he said 1-1 1/2 hours. A little after 6:30 I called to check in as he hadn't arrived yet. I am an early riser and usually go to bed very early as well. He said he was on his way. I asked if he would be here within 10-15 minutes and he said no- he was further away than that. I asked to reschedule for another day, as I was exhausted and knew I would be needing to get some sleep before he would be done. This is when the excellent customer service started; when I asked to schedule for another day, Jeff said I had already waited so long, could he come by and do the work the next day. (It was Saturday, and his day off.) I agreed and an appt. was made for the next morning at 11. At 11am on the dot, he arrived, without his crew. (he wanted them to have their weekend) He walked around the inside and outside of the house, counting the window panes. (I have a lot of windows) Turns out all of the windows in the house and my skylight would be covered by the deal. He got to work inside the house. I was outside working in my yard. He cleaned all the windows from the inside, then moved outside. As we were both working outside, we had a long conversation about a connection we had at my job. He worked efficiently and very thoroughly. He is meticulous. I also very much enjoyed the excellent conversation. He did say that sometimes jobs end up taking longer because he doesn't cut corners, I would agree with this. He did not cut any corners. I found out he also cleans gutters and roofs. We need this done, so I booked him immediately. My husband and I were very pleased with his work. I'm not sure how long he was at our house, maybe 3 hours-maybe more. We will absolutely use Blue Vase again, and I highly recommend Jeff.

We could not be more pleased with the end results of the window cleaning service provided by Jeff and his trainee. Our windows are spotless and a real joy to look through! Jeff's services are highly sought after, and it is a bit difficult to get on his schedule. But be patient! It is well worth the wait!

Jeff Carter and assistant jonathan were pricely on time. All work was explained. I had purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal then added pressure washing driveway and deck. Also included the skylights (2).

Jeff Carter and assistant arrived on time. Another assistant arrived later. They surveyed the job and then started working. It took them three and a half hours to was all the windows inside and out. Windows look good!

We had Blue Vase Services wash all inside and outside windows on our two story house. We have tried to get the hard water stains off the outside windows for three years. Nothing worked. The two young men from Blue Vase Services were wonderful. They were friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and thorough. My windows are so clean I can' tell there is glass there. We have a two story house and they cleaned those high windows with ease. They climbed over all the junk in my junk room and didn't have me move any furniture. They just worked quietly for over three hours and did a FABULOUS job. They were worth every penny and we will have them back again and again.

Arrived on time. Very pleasant to work with them. The only faults I could find were a few water drops on the hardwood floors.

Small scheduling problem but got right to work when they arrived. Very pleasant to deal with. Apologetic about schedule problem.

Jeff called first thing in the morning to say he was sick and would get back to me later in the morning if he thought he could make it later in the day, if that would be convenient for me. He did come later in the day. He did such a good job and was very nice. I totally forgot about his not making it when we had arranged.

Jeff arrived early and immediately got to work on the windows. Did a great job with the clenaing and clean up. Very personable and courteous.

An excellent experience. I needed to change the service date and that was no problem. Very nice to deal with Jeff and the windows have never been cleaner.

These guys are great! Prompt, friendly , hard working, and their work quality is excellent, I honestly have to say they are the best service provider I have ever hired and I've used a lot of them.

I was looking for a window cleaning service for my church. I found Blue Vase Window Cleaning, 206-380-6116, through a coupon book (Best of Burien/Normandy Park). The company is running a special spring cleaning price of $3.40 per window, iniside and out, through 4-28-13.I obtained two other bids which were 2-3 times higher than Blue Vase's over-the-phone estimate. Jeff Carter is the owner of this business and does all the work himself. He arrived about 30 minutes late for our appointment, but once he arrived and we signed the deal, he went to work and did a very careful, thorough job.Several of our church windows were larger than average. For those windows Jeff charged double the base rate of $3.40 per window. That plus two skylights ($11 each for inside and out) added about $120 to the over-the-phone estimate, but it was still a great deal. We would definitely use this company again.

GREAT SERVICE. OUR NEIGHBOR NEGOTIATED A BULK DEAL WITH JEFF AND HE CAME AND DID 4 HOUSES ON OUR BLOCK. WE PAID $2 PER WINDOW.
