This is our second year hiring Blue Vase Services. The first year chose them based on Angie's List. This year we chose them based on the work they did for us previously. If you hire them, I recommend that you schedule your next appointment when they finish the first job. They have many repeat customers.

Jeff was very friendly, did a great job. My HOA said I needed to have it done.

I honestly have to say that these people are so professional and punctual. When I called to schedule an appointment, I left a message for somebody to call me back. In less than 30 minutes Jeff called me back and took all the necessary information. Jonathan showed up on time and did a fabulous job cleaning my windows. He looked at every single detail, he was friendly and very professional. I will definitely call them again next time I need them, and of course I will spread the word about how good they are.

He did fabulous work. On time, professional and thorough. Price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of cleaning. I will recommend him to others.

Purchased a window cleaning special for 135.00 to have 25 window panes cleaned inside and outside the house. Within a couple days I was called by Blue Vase Window Cleaning Service and set up an appointment for Friday 14 August at 3 p.m. We were out running errands and I was called by Jeff at around 2:30. They said they were at the house and we were about 10 minutes away from home! I told him we were on our way. He said no problem and while we were on our way home he looked around the house and let me know how much extra it would be to do the rest of the house windows, 3 garage doors with 4 small windows each, an extra garage window, a bay window in the kitchen and skylight. Evan did the inside of the house and Jeff worked on the outside of the house. Evan even cleaned the exposed tracks on the windows which was nicely done. They did such a great job they will be coming back to do a moss treatment on our home next month. We have a large 2 story home with alot of windows so we were very pleased with the price. Excellent service and job well done!

Great service, good communication, fantastic attention to detail, overall a great job! The technician arrive on time and did a really good job cleaning the windows we selected both inside and out. He worked for about 3 hours and required a ladder as we have a two story house. The attention to detail was there and I could not have expected a better outcome. I would definitely use this service again.

They did a very good job. He was thorough and he checked back to make sure we were happy with the work. He said he would come back if we found any smears. My only concern was that it took 2 days. They did the interior 1 day and the exterior the 2nd. I didn't expect the job to take so long. I would use them again.

We had a little blip with our first appointment, but Jeff made that better by doing the job on the weekend. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He is professional and meticulous. My windows are so clean! I am very pleased.

I had three large sliders and nine other windows washed. When finished, sliders and windows looked beautiful!!! We did have some issues with making the first appointment in that they were running behind so we rescheduled for the following work day. I would definitely use again.

He introduced himself, very pleasant he and his assistant. Went about their work, were very efficient, very pleasant and hardworking. A pleasant experience.

Fabulous. I could not believe how clean he got the windows. Crystal clear and the sills are cleaner than they have been in years. Very good service. Personable and friendly. Care was taken with all the stuff I had on the sill. Had a great system and product to do the windows. Truly amazing and good work.

Excellent. Jeff was a super great guy. Willing to go out of his way. Helpful. All was done by hi, not hoses. He washed screens too. We will definitely have him back.

Great job on time, They did a wonderful job, I was really impressed with the fact the screens were included in the price of the window washing.

They did it right according to the schedule that we have for it. It wasn't right afetr we bought it. We wanted to wait a while. We made arrangements with them. It was after a month after we purchased it. It worked just fine for us. They were busy but we worked better. They did an excellent job. They did very well. We ended up having a little more than the deal because of the way they counted windowpanes. They were very, very good. They are going to give us a break on the extra way they counted windowpanes. That's very nice of them.

They are efficient and professional. A few months later, we have a family get together, several people commented on how clean our window looked!

I need my windows clean as soon as possible and Jeff was able to fit us in his schedule. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job.

All went well. Price for returning later is quite a lot more, but their way to show their good service for a bargain.

Took awhile to get service scheduled and had one reschedule but once they came out the service was excellent. I plan to have them wash windows next year.

Jeff arrived on time and inspected the job in detail, counting up all the windows to be cleaned. he asked us if we wanted the glass panels on the deck cleaned and the skylights on the roof and gave us a separate estimate for each of those. He also estimated outside only and inside and outside. We decided to have him do everything. We did not have to do anything to prepare for the job. He carefully moved furniture, plants, tables as needed. He cleaned the windows, the tops of the frames for lower windows and wiped down the sills and frames as he worked. He loosened all the screens from the inside and then cleaned the screens while he was outside before replacing them. This was the most thorough window cleaning job I could have possibly imagined. The work he did was at least 25% more than I was expecting when I called him. The results were excellent and I have already decided to schedule him again next year to do it again. In addition, he was personable, pleasant to talk to and had lots of interesting life experiences to share. He started to work at about 10AM, did not take a lunch break and finished at 6:30PM. By that time, the deck railings and skylights were still to be done. I suggested he come back another day and he asked if 8AM 2 days later would be okay. I was fine with that. He arrived on time with a second person and they finished the skylights and railings in less than an hour. I am exceptionally pleased with his work and have scheduled to have him help me put up Christmas lights in November, another of his skills.
