The owner and the man who showed up to do the work were very pleasant but I felt that the quality of the work was not fantastic. Furthermore, it was not really 25 windows... it was 25 windowpanes. So before he started, he went around and counted each window pane and said it would be an additional $350!...I was to be charged additional fees for each pane. I have leaded glass windows that have small panes ( less than 5" )and they counted each one.... I think that is a bit extreme. Furthermore, the guy who came out arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and said he was going to do the inside windows first...which meant by the time he finished it was pitched black outside and he told me he could not finish the outside windows (per his boss)and would have to come back and that would not be for 3-4 weeks.... well I wonder why he would not have done the outside windows while there was still daylight and then do the inside windows. In the end he came back a few days later after his boss called me and learned he had told me this mis- information. Since I didn't pay the additional fee for the windows I can honestly say, I can't tell which windows he did and which ones he didn't do!

Jeff and his crew did a great job. They were very efficient and took all debris with them. We are moving into a new house and have already set up an appointment with Blue Vase Services to do the same work. I would highly recommend!

It was a great experience. The lights were put up in a timely manner and they made it look easy, (which it wasn't). I was given a date and it was completed that day, even though the weather was terrible.The service provided was for placing the lights, gutter clips were part of the package. They come out and take down and pack the lights. It was worth the money since I couldn't possibly do the job myself. Very nice company and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent communication, services went well and good price. Only reason we are hesitant to use them again is due to the worker, (notJeff/owner) showed up with marijuana smell on his body and breath. I thought it was unprofessional, but the work was completed throughly and to our satisfaction. No issues at all with the owner, he was professional on the phone and via emails. To be clear, the worker did a great job and was professional..... it's just personal preference as we are a non smokers.

This was a $149 big deal purchase. They came and did a good job. The kid that was up on the roof was really personable. I paid more than the big deal price because I had more square footage than I thought. They measured it off. The square footage they advertised was really small because my house is small and I thought it would be within the square footage. To get the real good deal the house must be really small. He cleaned up after himself. I kept his card because they do windows too. I think they need to set their price for a larger square footage house. The kid that did the work had dreadlocks, but he was totally professional and really quick. I was quite impressed with him.

It was fine. We paid extra, it was deceiving on what was covered. We didn't have them do all the windows. I didn't realize it was for panes, I thought it was for windows and so it was really deceiving. We just had them do the ones that we couldn't reach. They didn't do the greatest job. We had to go back over on some of them. They showed up on time.

Windows looked good. Arrived on time and completed the work well. Purchased on a Angies Deal and will purchase from them again. Happy with the work.

Took a little effort to get it scheduled, but work was done on time, very professional, did a good job. He'll wash our windows regularly.

Contractor showed-up on time and performed the services as advertised. We are very pleased.

Jeff, the owner, originally gave me a quote over the phone of 220.00 to hang 200 ft of Christmas lights. I agreed to that price and scheduled a time for the install. Jeff called me while I was working on the day of install. I had him on speaker phone while I worked, so my client heard the entire conversation... Unfortunately. He first confirmed I needed 200 ft then told me it would be around $300.... WHAT? I explained that he quoted me $220 over the phone and that's what I was expecting to pay. He said, oh, you're from Angie's list? Yeah, that's $220 from Angie's list. Then a few minutes later, he said it would be $240... then a few minutes later, $260.... Yet nothing had changed about the service, but the price! I explained that he quoted me $220 and that's what I was expecting to pay. Our home has just recently been vandalized and robbed and the insurance isn't covering it. I explained this and that the home is a vacation rental home and that I was only doing this for a 2 year old little girl that's basically living at Children's Hospital right now, battling cancer, who's coming to spend Christmas with her family, at our home. He replies to that by saying, "yeah, everyone wants a deal this time of year and no one values me! " I was SHOCKED and my clients jaw dropped open! I tried explaining that at no time did I ask for a deal, I simply wanted him to honor his quote and our agreed upon price! So he tells me he can just put up $220 worth of lights? ??? I ended up telling him to start up on the upper level, because that's more difficult for my husband to do, and my husband would finish the rest... in total disgust, he said, "Right, and have me do the dangerous part! " I had my client there, and I tried to calmly explain that is certainly not what I was implying. Honestly though, isn't that what he's doing for a living? Isn't THAT what people are paying him for? To do the very thing we don't want to do or are unable to do for ourselves? We hung up and I was so appalled at how he handled himself, I called my husband and explained what happened and asked him to handle it, because I was working and couldn't trust that he wouldn't bill us some astronomical amount after the fact. My husband asked Jeff if he said these things to me, he said, "yes I did! " Then started complaining to him about how everyone wants a deal and no one values him........ he then quoted my husband "at LEAST $260". My husband asked him, didn't you quote my wife $220? He admitted he did. He then explained that he charged a TRIP FEE of approx $85!!! ON TOP OF THE QUOTED FEE! Jeff NEVER mentioned this to me, in ANY of the conversations. My husband asked him to go ahead and leave, after confirming he hadn't started yet. Jeff told my husband that he was going to have to charge him the trip fee.... this is absolutely laughable.... Jeff seemed completely bipolar. I didn't trust that I wasn't going to get some ridiculous bill in the end, as I didn't ever get a quote in writing. GET A QUOTE IN WRITING! This was a definite learning experience for me.

Jeff, the owner of Blue Vase came to perform the work on my house. Super nice guy, was more than willing to talk about some of the technique behind what work he was doing and why he was doing it that way, which I appreciated. He also gave me some advice about what things to potentially look out for in the future regarding the work he had performed as well as some quotes for future maintenance work regarding just the gutters. The company is not a walmart-sized organization so the time to get an appointment is a little long during the busy season, but from chatting with him I feel confident saying that they value quality over volume, which I'll definitely wait an extra week or two longer to get personally.

They never responded to the deal i purchased and emails that i sent to them. Also I did talk to a representative Jeff Carter and he said he will call me back in 10 mins. and never did.

They were great with calling if it was ok to come early. Arrived and complete everything within about an hour and 1/2.

OK...had some concerns, the window washer was young and had to call the owner to get answers.

Jonathan washed windows inside and out. He was delightful, and did a great job, and seemed to enjoy his work. I am very happy with the work.

Excellent job! Great people! They cleaned some windows that are hard to reach due to their height at no extra charge. I will use their services again and recommend them to other people.

Jeff was attentive to what needed to happen in order for awning to be cleaned. I have asked about 4 other companies and they were unable to perform services because the awning is made of aluminum. I am pleased with Blue Vase. Jeff very pleased.

Blue Vase Window Cleaning services are the best. Jeff and his young man assistant were courteous, efficient and professional in performing the window cleaning. Their detail work was exceptional! I am 86 years old and handicapped. They told me to relax and watch them do the work. They moved tables, chairs, sofas, curtains, drapes, etc. and returned everything to their original places after the windows were cleaned. All window sills, frames, etc. were cleaned. When they were finished, everything was in place and the windows sparkled. My wife was amazed and pleased with the job.

They did a wonderful job and were attentive to details and very friendly.

Great job.... All windows were clean and shiny. We were given a few tricks going forward (i.e., how to clean glass shower door). When reaching high window offered to clean further since he had the big ladder. Just good old fashioned customer service - will use this provider again! After purchasing the deal also we were told we can get our next window cleaning within the year also at a discounted price.

I had to change the dates for service a few times and they were always understanding. They did an excellent job! They washed both sides of the windows, tracks, etc. The house looks SO much better. I would definitely have them back again in the future.

Jeff was on time, was extremely thorough and careful. Kept me informed of other issues he found while on ladder & roof.
