We were very happy with the work done by of Blue Vase. He cleaned the windows inside and out and also the screens and sills. The work was done very efficiently and he was very careful inside the house. The windows looked great! I highly recommend this company.

Jeff Carter, owner was prompt with setting up appointments and answering questions. Jonathan and Evan were very prompt, professional gave me a written correct bid prior to starting any work. They removed their shoes and were very careful with house furnishings while doing their work. Both were meticulous in doing a complete and thorough job. Will definitely use their services again and also probably have them do gutters and roof cleaning in the future. I'd strongly recommend them for the "Outstanding Services Award".

Called me when he was running late. Overall great job and even showed me how to do it myself.

We paid for the service online through Angie's List. When I hadn't heard from them 10 days later I called them. They said Angie's List never let them know of our purchase. I emailed Angie's List twice and no one has ever contacted me (I give Angie's List a D grade for their lack of responsiveness and professionalism.) Once I was in contact with the owner he set up a date for service. The young man who came out was very professional, did a good job and cleaned up well when he was done.

Outside window washing went very well. We were unable to connect for the interior window washing.

He didnt perform the service. I am very disappointed in the lack of work performance.

Discovered this company 3 years ago thru groupon, the first time they came they did a great job, but on April 19th, the owner of one of his employees showed up in separate vehicles. the owner did not stay and left the younger gentleman to do the work, he messed up and left a bunch of scratch marks on a number of my windows. The owner just came to collect payment of 300$. owner was distressed about job failure, offered to help by recommending a polishing company, the polishing company said damage was too extensive, then the owner offered a glass replacement company that could help. once we got those guys out here, he stopped being helpful, the last couple weeks he told me that i did not pay him, and that the younger gentleman was not his employee, and a sub- contractor. basically he's refusing responsibility for damages and hes throwing younger gentleman under the bus, and I am being left here with the damages. if you are using this provider, ask up front for current licensing, bonding, and liability insurance.

Fantastic job making all the windows crystal clear!

Many of the windows he cleaned were done very well. However, he missed several windows (i.e., did not clean them at all), he showed up later than originally told without calling me, and then charged me much more than I had anticipated for additional work we agreed upon. Apparently this was "my misunderstanding," but the presentation of the prices was extremely vague. Additionally, his accounting of what constitutes a window pane seems arbitrary. For example, a "window pane" measuring approximately 3" x 36" is considered a whole window pane. I would not use this service again. I called him to complain about the different price on his invoice as compared to what I thought we had agreed to, and was informed that I misunderstood him and that he was surprised himself that I agreed to this work. I would be very clear about exactly the price of the services being bought and paid for prior to having him start work at your home. Or, maybe use someone else.

This was a big deal service. It was fine. Nothing good or bad stood out.

The work is very, very good, and he take cares of all the details. I used other companies in the past, and he is definitely the best so far. I will hire him again for sure. Beautiful job!

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for window washing from Blue Vase, and filled out the form requesting various dates for service, with the assurance that the company would get back to me. Weeks have gone by with no word from them. I've phoned and emailed too, but can't seem to get a response from them, much less an appointment! What good is a coupon I can't use? A complete waste of money - wish Angies List would give me a refund! Then I could pay someone else to wash my windows.

Jonathan and Evan did a good job! Roof is clean (not sure that it was treated, cannot tell). Gutters were cleaned. They then cleaned my deck because debris from the roof had landed on it. Likewise the front drive.

It was all right, but the clean-up was less than what I expected it to be. It wasn't bad. We'll wait and see because it was just done last week. They just did it. They were a half hour late because of traffic. He was here for several hours. He didn't do a very good job cleaning the moss up. It was still on my front porch. Aside from that, it was okay. I only paid the fee and they didn't bill me for more. This is the first time I have used that kind of service. I had a 4,000 square foot home with higher roofs and higher peaks. I paid about the same price for that for the 1,000 square foot home I have here. I'm not sure if it was a fair price or not. They were nice. Jon was very nice. They could have called me instead of me calling them to find out why they were late. They gave me a window time and I ended up calling and I spoke with Jonathan, or whoever the owner was. He said that their guy would be a little late due to traffic. Their window time was off. It would have been nice to get a courtesy call. If they were running late, I would have appreciated a call. They could have cleaned up the mess better and that would have been helpful too. I had to clean it myself.

Jeff was great. He was professional and informative about what he did and other work that we may want to do in the future.

I bought the Angie's List coupon for this work. This is the first time installing lighting on my home. I bought eight 25' LED light strings at Lowes along wit some green outdoor cords. I did not but the roof clips as I thought they would be included. On the day of the work, they (he) arrived and I gave him all the stuff I bought. He forgot to bring clips and also forgot to bring a wallet so could not easily get some. We both hopped in my car and we ran down to Fred Meyer and found them. Once back at home, the installed went great. Also note that on this day there was a lot of rain and wind. I mean really a lot. He spent most of the day in bad weather hanging lights. They turned out great. I'll do this again next year. One tip for anyone thinking about this work - order and get scheduled early. I would have liked to have the lights installed on the last week of November but ended up having to wait until December 11th do to high demand.

Window guy could not find my house because he wrote the wrong address down, and then after arguing with me for awhile I had to fire him! What a jerk, will not hire him EVER.
