I think the experience was pretty good.

They told me they would charge me more money than I paid already.

I would probably use them again if I got a good deal.

Jonathan and Robert were here most of the day to clean our 36 windows inside and out, plus wash the deck and two skylights. They were quiet, efficient and did an excellent job. It was easy and comfortable to have them in our home. At the nd of the day, our glass sparkled. Jonathan worked extra **** ** some of the spots on our deck with very good results. He moved the outdoor furniture and replaced it when finished. I will hire again.

Paid $349.00 through Angie's list... never heard from them and they never showed up...

Went well and worker did a fine job.

He came late in the day on his preprogram date. He put up our front lights very poorly and then went on to help her for another $150.00 or so to help light a tree with LED lights. Did not complete that job either. He left because it was too dark for him to continue. A date was set for him to return in January to take the lights down. We've not seen hide nor hair of him since that first encounter jnDecember. In fact the Christmas lights are still up!!! NOT GOOD!!!

On time, and a very professional attitude. Work was well done and good cleanup afterwards by Jonathon and Robert.

I paid more than the $149, because I have skylights and they did those too. Maybe $100 more. They did a fine job.

Ordered two of their specials, submitted 3 dates for availability and got e-mail response that they would be contacting me soon to schedule and that was three weeks ago and never heard from them. Not a very good start for using Angie's List.

Great. 1 1/2 hours late due to "traffic" but ended up working better with my schedule. I couldn't be home when they were to start, so arrived home just after they arrived. I would have been frustrated had I been waiting around, though.

I received an email from Angie’s list offering a $99 window cleaning special. It said that the offer covered 15 windows. However, when I called to schedule after purchasing the offer I was told that it was actually 15 panes of glass and additional windows would be an additional cost. The owner offered to refund the money I paid, but I decided that the cost still seemed reasonable so I booked a cleaning. The owner called me after the work was done to make sure that I was happy. I told him that I was happy with the work, but there were three windows that still had spots AND there where dark boot marks on some of the rugs going up the stairs. He apologized and said that he would come take a look, fix the windows, and pay for cleaning the rugs. He told me that they are having a lot of problems with the one of the men who came to clean, and this has been ongoing. He told me that they are trying to replace him, and any costs will come out of his check. I felt uncomfortable with his unprofessionalism regarding his employee, and wondered why they would send him to do work on my home, but was glad that he was going to make amends. He came back today and inspected each rug (one per stair). At the landing he said that marks on that rug clearly came from a child’s boot (it did not) and not one of his employees’. I told him to look at the matching stains on the other stairs, that they were clearly NOT a child’s boot. He acknowledged that this was the case, but then took his employee’s boot and began to compare the impressions. He was trying to prove that it wasn’t theirs. I was so insulted that I told him to leave the house, which he did not immediately do. He began to tell me that he was not going to pay for all of the rugs, if they had only made the marks on a few. An obvious point we could have negotiated if he had not been so insulting from the beginning. I told him AGAIN to leave my house, and he stood at the bottom of my stairs telling me that he hadn’t made any money on this job to begin with. I told him I didn’t care, and AGAIN I asked him to leave. He then went into my backyard to look at the windows I had mentioned on the phone. He told my father that the residue was from hard water which is not part of their regular cleaning, and he could do it for $20 per window. The bottom line is that I would have been happy with the service if he had not been so unprofessional and insulting. I would have given a much better review, but still would have used a different company next time. Cleaning all of the rugs (which I did not expect him to do) is a total cost of about $40 when I take them in, but he never asked. The work was acceptable, but there are a lot of window cleaning companies, and my advice is to pick one of them. I have never written a negative review before, but I have also never needed to kick anyone out of my home. Most of the reviews for this company are good, so you may have better luck, but why take the chance?

Cleaned my roof and gutters on my house and detached garage. Fixed a gutter that had been damaged by a tree branch.

The windows were cleaned, inside and out, and as part of the service, the screens and tracks were also cleaned. The workman did an excellent job on everything. He was neat, friendly, and professional. Jeff, the owner, contacted us promptly to schedule and was great to work with. We've used Blue Vase for window cleaning twice and will do so again.

Jeff (owner) and Jonathan (Senior Technician) were extremely professional and did an excellent job. They also gave me quotes for window washing, roof and gutter cleaning at the time that they removed the lights, which was very helpful. Price was very fair for the high quality of work and service. I will definitely use again for both lighting and window washing and would highly recommend.

Payment was made and no one contacted me. I contacted Blue Vase Services and left a voice message saying I had already paid and needed the work done. I never received a response. I need my money returned.

This is the third time I have used Blue Vase--Previously they have cleaned moss from my roof, cleaned my gutters, and treated my sidewalk. The work has always been done on time and the individuals have been friendly and professional. Their rates are reasonable. I will call them next time I need their type of services!!!

Terrific! They cleaned the Windows, glides & screens. I was very happy with their work. It took several calls to get them here, but once the got here I was very pleased with how they performed. The end result was great.

The serviceman arrived on time, was ready and willing to work, despite the absolutely frigid weather. He worked quickly and efficiently. My lights look great.

got a late start but got the job done on the same day as promised

1. Company was unresponsive when trying to set a day for install after paying on Angies List. 2. Company voicemail remained full for 2 weeks and they would not respond to email. 3. Company had me purchase lights, clips for hanging lights and extension cords. 4. Day of install company was a no show for the job.
