They are better than the other guys. They came when they said they would. He had to come diagnose it then order the part and come back to fix it.

The service was prompt and professional. In my opinion, it was overpriced for the small amount of work done.

Excellent! Victor was very professional and courteous. The company was able to repair my refrigerator the same day; whereas, Sears, from whom we purchased the appliance wanted me to wait 10 days!

My 3 year old refrigerator died and I didn't realize it until Saturday evening when the thermometer I placed in there registered 60 degrees! I called several places to have someone come out to fix it, and the earliest anyone said they could fix it would be Monday afternoon. I have a 2 year old and having no refrigerator for 36 hours was not okay with me. I called AAA Able Appliance and Victor came out first thing Sunday morning. He knew right away what was wrong and fixed it. He was very pleasant to talk with and did a great job!

JOB 1: OUR REFRIGERATOR BEGAN TO FAIL ON THE WEEKEND. I CALLED ON SUNDAY TO REQUEST A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT AND WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 4 HOURS OF MY CALL. THE REPAIRMAN (VICTOR) ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM. HE APPEARED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE REFRIGERATOR NEEDED TO BE DEFROSTED BEFORE THE REPAIR. THE NEXT DAY HE ARRIVED IN THE TIME FRAME HE HAD GIVEN ME. HE QUICKLY PERFORMED THE REPAIR. JOB 2: VICTOR WAS ABLE TO COME EARLIER THAN WE HAD ARRANGED. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND SHOWED ME THE INSIDE CONDITION OF MY DRYER. IN ADDITION TO PERFORMING THE NEEDED REPAIR, HE ALSO CLEANED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF LINT OUT OF THE INTERIOR OF MY DRYER SO THAT IT WOULD RUN MORE SAFELY. HE SUGGESTED THAT I HAVE THE VENT CLEANED ALSO. HE WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I WILL DEFINITELY CONTACT THIS COMPANY AGAIN SHOULD ANY OF MY LARGE APPLIANCES REQUIRE REPAIR.
