Israel responded to my online request and came out for the gutter cleaning job. It was done quickly with a ladder and a pail which he showed the content to me after the work was done. Even I had no easy way to visually inspect from the roof and verify his work, I've had no issue with the downpour coming out of the gutters since. He also accepted my 10% senior discount request. The work was done in the winter time and he followed up in the fall to see if additional service is needed after the growing season is over.

Once the job was done it was done well. But the contractor was a week late despite calls to him and I was just about to hire another contractor. Next time I will go with Premier and have communicated that to him. I also emailed Dave Boone to notify him of my difficulty getting in contact with West Coast but received no reply. Lynn Cravero

Israel was on time to survey the premises and the crew got the work done on schedule. He was a great communicator and very nice to work with. They did a great job and I would use them again in the future for other projects.
